There are people starving. There are kids who lose limbs to land mines. There are people being executed by religious fanatics. There are people losing their livelihoods, and families losing their homes. There are people dying of disease. There are children living in abject poverty. There are children being kidnapped, raped, and murdered. There are young women being sold as sex slaves. Do you really think that some idiot comedian's joke in poor taste is REALLY important enough to warrant this level of "righteous" indignation?! C'mon people! Get your priorities straight. WE have the Freedom of Speech. Letterman's an asshole. Don't like him, don't watch him. Now move on with your petty little lives.
