Gotcha. Now, what are YOUR views on what a right winger is. You're here on this thread, so I'm sure you have some ideas. I'm curious to what people think one is, I see the term thrown around so much on here.

I think we can do better than a Potter Stewart reference. "Right wingers" are best described as those of an especially extreme or radical rightist stance, such as hard-core conservatives and open reactionaries. In an American context, I'd define it as those who wish to uphold social hierarchies based on race, sex, and religion, who defend moralistic and rather authoritarian state policies, and are relentless supporters of laissez-faire capitalism no matter the social consequences. The only self-identified right-winger on here would be William Joyce (though I suspect others share his sentiments and are simply not as candid).

sorry. I should have been clearer. what makes a right winger and what makes something pornographic are in the eyes of the beholder.

I got what you meant, elvis. I'm not into the labels either.

Don't get me wrong, EZ it can be useful in order to identify where someone stands, but in the context of the discussions on this board, I find it tedious to express a particular opinion on a subject only to be subsequently labeled as if everyone must fall into the left/right political paradigm. My opinions are not based on politics and I think it creates an obstacle to communication in this type of forum because of all the assumptions that go along with the label, etc.
