The report also states that in 2017 Gaetz paid a 17-year-old girl for sex when he was 35 years old, which would constitute statutory rape under Florida law.
In normal times this might create moral and ethical issues. But that is not really a problem in the exciting modern world.
I read somewhere that Gaetz was being tipped as a future Governer of Florida. I believe that he could do it with the support of Prez Musk.
