Go to any hospital that receives federal funds and they must treat you regardless of your ability to pay. It's been that way since Reagan.

Such as with a specialist. Who may order further tests or different medications. If you don't have health care, you're screwed.

Medicare and food stamps are going to affect 8% of the 19-64 year olds, they are ones that are not disabled, that don’t have kids under the age of 14 or are not caregivers. That 8% can keep their keep their Medicaid and food stamps by either working, volunteering or going to further their education 80 hours a month. No one is just going to lose either.
