Why Has No One Called Out Trump on His False Claim that Vice President Harris Didn't Pass The Bar?

Did Trump say Harris didn’t pass the bar?

Yes

Did she pass the bar?

Yes

It was of course a lie

Lets talk about exams shall we?

Trump paid proxy to take college entrance exam for him, niece's book says

President Donald Trump paid a proxy to take a standardized college entrance exam for him when he was a high school student, his niece writes in a tell-all book scheduled to be published next week.

In the book, "Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man," Mary Trump writes that Trump paid someone to take the SAT, an entrance exam used by most U.S. universities, in his place, according to The New York Times.

This is his niece and we don't see Trump suing her about saying it. So if he could not take a college entrance exm, he has no business talking about a persons outcome on a bar exam.
Do you even see the irony in this as it relates to Trump discussing Harris?

Is that a weasel word salad?
Both of these statements are true:
Harris failed her bar exam.
Harris passed her bar exam.
Both are true, and in the order presented, there are no false statements in this post, no lies in this post.
No, it's not a word salad, it's a concept that one must know in order to master the logical reasoning portion of the LSAT if you want to get a high enough score to get into your preferred school.

my OP states

...Trump on His False Claim that Vice President Harris Didn't Pass The Bar?

not whether or not Harris previously failed the exam.

I have indicated CORRECTLY that Trump's statement Harris didn't pass the bar is incorrect as proven by the fact that she has held several positions as an attorney.

So if Harris did indeed pass the bar, and we know that she has, then Trump lied when he said that she didn't, thereby implying "hasn't".

Her previous attempts at the exam are irrelevant to my OP.

Did Kamala Harris ever FAIL THE BAR EXAM? Yes or No. That should be easy for a coder.
Why don't you start your own thread on Harris' failed first attempt instead of trying to turn mine into something other than what is stated in the OP Header

LMAO. This would fail for an 8th grade assignment.

Give it up. You should ask if anyone cares if it took two tries. Personally I passed both surveyors exams, both engineering exams, plus the seismic addendum in Cali, both geologist exams all on my first attempts. When I had my surveyor practice I hired a gal that had failed the exam once, and helped her to pass the second try. When I had my engineering practice I didn't hire anyone that had failed. I almost did once, but the increase to my E&O policy would have risen too much.

Do you have a problem when your own disinformation is called out. The fact is Kamala Harris failed the bar exam. Trump did not lie. The premise of the OP is fallacious.

Can you prove Trump lied?
I posted the video snippet of him saying "she didn't pass her bar exam" at 1 minute 44 secs

Harris passed the California bar exam in 1990. At that point in time, you were required to pass the bar in order to practice law. So Trump's statement is unequivocally false as proven by the fact that Vice President Kamala Harris held several positions as a prosecuting attorney in the State of California which she would not have been able to do had she not passed the California bar.

It's rather telling the lengths to which they are willing to go in order to defend him.

And it's only because of my studies that I was able to detect that the statement "didn't pass the bar" and "failed the bar" are not equal to one another for several reasons. But without the training I would just have just erroneously assumed that they were two different ways of saying the same thing but obviously they're not.
Yes, failing means she never passed the bar. A person is given a number of chances to take it once they do not make the necessary score. Furthermore what is not reflected in the statement are the CEU requirements necessary to keep the law license in California, which Harris has sucessfully done.

Where are trumps credentials?

Give what up? Pointing out that Donald Trump has a nasty habit of denigrating people when he himself has no leg to stand on.

I passed many of my IT/Microsoft certifications on my first attempt as well, not to say I've never failed any of them since I began certifying in 2000.

The legal arena is a whole different beast and is not comparable which I found out because I thought that just because I could master the certifications exams I could the same in this area as well, without it being taught to me (just reading). That wasn't even close to being the case.

What is important, or at least what is important to me and should be to many others is the ability to learn the materials well enough to keep progressing, irrespective of the field.

I always forget that Vice President Harris was a prosecuting attorney for San Franciso before she went on to the California Attorney General's office. As we all know she then became Vice President of the United States of America and I'll use Delta's motto here, I hope she "Keep Climbing"

Yeah, I forgot about that. That's one of the things that the State of Washington is changing from my understanding. They want to make sure that the attorneys practicing in Washington are still competent, not just on the day they passed the bar and were admitted to practice.

He didn’t say she failed

He said she didn’t pass

She did pass

Even your weasel wording is a fail

the claim that Kamala flunked her first attempt at the bar exam seems to be true---she tried again and passed. It happens to dull kids. I never failed any of my professional exams first time around-----anybody out there in cyberville?
Did you ever take the bar exam?

OZRO Never took a bar exam. I can talks shit about how I passed my L&H insurance exam on my first try too, but that's not a bar exam. A bar exam is no joke and so for a man who hasn't studied law the first to talk about a person not passing an exam when he couldn't even take his college entrance exam is bs..

One of Trump's faults is hyperbole. As you likely already know, it's a common trait among those we call bullies. That's what Trump actually is, a bully in pinstripes, with lots of money. I never once tried to defend his statement here. If you check back, you will see that is true. I am one of those that has "held my nose and voted for the lesser of two evils". To tell you the truth, I am not Republican or Democrat. I have voted for both in elections in this cycle.

Would it. Be too much to ask you If Ms. Harris passed the bar, what was her test score? That would settle that.
I asked and was told that exam scores are generally private unless the exam taker chooses to disclose it.

However rest assured that in 1990, the year in which she passed the bar exam, you could not become a lawyer and practice law in the state of California without having passed the California bar. The fact that we know that Vice President Harris held multiple position in the State of California as a prosecuting attorney is all the proof anyone would ever need, that she did indeed pass the bar exam.

But there has really only been one evil in the past 3 presidential elections.

Thank you, although I believe you're being a bit too generous by distilling what Trump does down to "hyperbole". He's a liar, of the worse kind BECAUSE he says things that he knows or should know, can cause real harm to real people when others take him at his word, thus the bully moniker.

He's a despicable human being, in my opinion and it's because of all of the unbecoming behavior he engages in that I do not LIKE him and would never willing live in a world in which he has sway or control over anything that could impact me - directly, indirectly, tangentially.

I have never voted for him and I never will. But of note, in 2016 I didn't vote for his opponent either because try as I might I couldn't hold my nose and do the deed for Clinton so I penciled in my vote. There are those who blame me for helping Trump get into office and I knew that was a possibility when I did it but I had to vote my conscious.

I would hope that enough people remember how it was then to do what is necessary to keep him out of office. I would have voted for just about anyone they offered up, other than Trump.

I'm an Independent and I support Harris and not just because she's not Trump.
