Why Has No One Called Out Trump on His False Claim that Vice President Harris Didn't Pass The Bar?

Thank you, although I believe you're being a bit too generous by distilling what Trump does down to "hyperbole". He's a liar, of the worse kind BECAUSE he says things that he knows or should know, can cause real harm to real people when others take him at his word, thus the bully moniker.

He's a despicable human being, in my opinion and it's because of all of the unbecoming behavior he engages in that I do not LIKE him and would never willing live in a world in which he has sway or control over anything that could impact me - directly, indirectly, tangentially.

I have never voted for him and I never will. But of note, in 2016 I didn't vote for his opponent either because try as I might I couldn't hold my nose and do the deed for Clinton so I penciled in my vote. There are those who blame me for helping Trump get into office and I knew that was a possibility when I did it but I had to vote my conscious.

I would hope that enough people remember how it was then to do what is necessary to keep him out of office. I would have voted for just about anyone they offered up, other than Trump.

I'm an Independent and I support Harris and not just because she's not Trump.
I didn't see it as a easy choice myself. But all we can do is vote our choices and hope for the best..... watching the winners like a hawk their entire term. I have not liked Biden for a long time, and I don't like Harris now. However, I don't think the situation is: "omg God it's doom if the other guy wins." If that's the case, we are likely doomed anyway. I had a sister, quite liberal, gay, psychiatrist, that worked for Gov. Whitmer. We used to go round and round. But....never did it drive us apart. I do miss that girl. So, after the long windedness, I think you should vote your choice. I told my kids, now I tell my grandkids, vote, I don't care who....vote. anyway, both can still be true (insert nanner nanner here)

I voted for Clinton because first off she was very qualified. second, because I knew a trump presidency would be a mistake. We would have been better off with Clinton. Hopefully we don't end up wih Trump again and I will do my part to stop that by voting for Harris. Because number 1, Harris is very qualified hersef. More qualified than trump even if Trump sat in the office. Because that's all he did, sit in the office.

You’re wrong. It is a serious situation. Trump attacks democracy.

You and your groupies are imbeciles.
Hardly. Businessmen with the kind of genius possessed by President Trump have no use for lying. Everybody knows that. He was always trusted by his fellow business partners for his accurate business dealings. People who are brave enough to debate fairly here are not imbeciles for their patriotic practices of debating.issues
I asked and was told that exam scores are generally private unless the exam taker chooses to disclose it.

However rest assured that in 1990, the year in which she passed the bar exam, you could not become a lawyer and practice law in the state of California without having passed the California bar. The fact that we know that Vice President Harris held multiple position in the State of California as a prosecuting attorney is all the proof anyone would ever need, that she did indeed pass the bar exam.
That may seem so, but the American people deserve to know the verifiable truth, and if she doesn't want anyone to know her score, it is too darn bad because if she doesn't verify her credentials, she has no business running for the task of leading the American people.. And that is what I think. I think the Democrat Party should require their candidate to prove such intelligence with honesty in a presidential candidate.

You are looking at a man who incited an inisurrection to try staying in power. Workers in his adminstration are telling us not to putthis man back in office. A hardcore right wing racist pos like Dick Cheney is telling us not to put this man in office. John Bolton, another right wing scrooge is saying the same thing. The former head of the Joint Chiefs under Trump is telling us the same thing. Is it that one part of America is just that stuck in some fantasy about an Americaa that has never existed? I've been here sine 1961 and I have never seen the great days Trump is telling you that he wants to take us back to.

Trump didn't create the economy he had the last time and he would have faced the inflation COVID caused this time if he had been president.

The problem we have here is far too many Americans live in a fantasy world whereby they believe that a dictatorship can never happen here. Yet we have a man in Donald Trump who is exactly that. He wants to be like Viktor Orban, and still people wan tto play that off. It can indeed happen here.. We are not doomed if Trump is not elected, both sides are not the same, we are not voting for the lesser of 2 .evils here, we see one evil that some people refuse to accept as the evil it is. Trump.

We can put Harris in office and if she does a bad job, she can get voted out and she will leave peacefully. If we put Trump in office, he isn't trying to leave until he dies. This is the reality we face here. It isn't about crying wolf, this is for real. No other president when voted out of office ever tried what trump did, and if you think he won't try it again, this time with an administration handpicked by Project 2025 to do whatever the president says, well yu' just haveto lern the hard way.

It must be proven she passed the bar?

She was a practicing attorney for years
It doesn't matter in the Orange Universeâ„¢.

Look at what they say: They love seeing people they hate be annoyed. That's a REAL HIGH priority for them. Definitely a feast for psychologists.

What better way to annoy people than to blatantly lie?

She is an example of the common citizen not having a route to the Presidency. Pure coattails to a high-profile political life. And not very good. Progs do not have to be anyway. Marching orders every morning.

Do you believe that she passed the bar?

Pretty simple yes/no question there.

She did fail her first attempt at passing the bar, so it's likely what Trump was talking about.

Kamala Harris Failed Her Bar Exam on First Try?

Former U.S. President Donald Trump asserted the claim in an interview at the National Association of Black Journalists conference.

lol the so-called self-described 'journalist' in the OP failed to note that part, as usual. Just more evidence social promotion is rampant.

All of this endless hate talk and Progs never look at themselves. A true pecking order collection of potentially arguing and dangerous groups within. You are smoothing over a growing domestic Progressive anti-Israel coalition while you schmooze both sides of that conflict. Your education changes over the decades caused this. Never a real conversation from our leadership people. Right and wrong takes a backseat for all Americans when propaganda rules.

I was always a very inquisitive child and I still, to this day, can't imagine why people such as Trump, who is running for the highest office in the United States, is allowed to get away with making these types of ridiculous false statements:

Donald Trump's claims about Vice President Kamala Harris not being smart and suggesting she didn't pass the bar are not only baseless but highlight a staggering ignorance of the legal profession. Let’s be clear: Kamala Harris was a prosecutor. It is quite literally impossible to serve as a prosecutor without passing the bar exam. Prosecutors are attorneys responsible for representing the government in court — a position that requires passing the bar, which she obviously did.
If Trump can’t grasp that basic fact, it raises serious questions about his ability to distinguish between reality and his delusions. Criticizing someone for their intellect while ignoring fundamental legal requirements just reveals more about him than it ever could about Vice President Harris. She built a successful career as a district attorney and then attorney general of California — one of the largest legal systems in the country — while Trump continues to peddle falsehoods, perhaps relying on the fact that most of his supporters take his word as gospel, and apparently are unable to put two & two together and question why, when they don't add up to four.
Who did she fuck to pass after failing her first "bar"??

Greg
