Why doesn't meat help meat eaters be healthy?

Good. Every living thing just wants to live. People are vile. Only a tiny percentage of people have "souls"

One of the reasons this world is so messed up (imo) is because most people go by "might makes right" instead of the Golden Rule. They do things they would never want done to themselves. (btw, I'm not saying that I never miss the mark... we all do. But I do apply it to animals, who are innocent.)

A few points
1. This IS the devil's world
2. Human beings ARE the devil's children if they don't have the Spirit of God
3. Satan "broadcasts" his spirit through the air
4. Few even try to fight that spirit
5. Few realize they are being manipulated by "the dark side"

Politically incorrect and controversial, but true. :dunno:

The only thing I would've added is the word 'temporarily' on point 1.

Btw, what's really interesting is that according to some extra-biblical texts, like the Book of Enoch, the origin of flesh eating is demonic. It explains how it all started, and we know the rest of the story, how it eventually became normal in this fallen world. I thought about doing a post or video on that topic... I might still do that, at some point.

He's gonna die young. Like I said, you have a distorted view of what is and isn't ideal for the human body.

Whether his heart and lungs are keeping alive a 300 pound frame or a 180 frame, it's the same heart. And bulk isn't necessarily muscle.". The guy is fat. He will die young, and he only looks good to a certain segment who think modern bodybuilding actually looks good. They are freaks. And not in a good way.
Yeah, any guy who says he wouldn’t want to look like the Mountain is a liar.

Strength to body weight ratios are far more important that size alone.

How many weight lifters do you know that can't do simple bodyweight moves like pull ups or one legged squats or a one armed planche

Never mind the shitty endurance most overly large weight lifters exhibit.

We're omnivore hunter gatherers , always have been , always will be

But few are living it anymore , most are dependents of the food industry

The shame being, you could all eat far better , that the industrial waste they offer you

But you'd have to do the dirty work yourselves to enable a self inflicted diet

That said, i've seen many make the leap, myself included

It's a epiphany that'll hit you like a brick

What you ignore is that the animals that prehistoric people ate were extremely lean and not raised to be fat not pumped full of hormones and antibiotics not processed with tons of nitrates and sodium etc

all protein is produced by plants.

B 12 is actually produced by bacteria in the soil and we have sanitized our environment so much that even people who eat excessive amounts of meat are deficient in B 12

The fact is that a whole food plant based diet is directly correlated with a reduction in hypertension, heart disease, cancer, diabetes arthritis, obesity ....etc and that we need such a minuscule amount of B 12 (2.5 micrograms a day) taking a high quality easily absorbed supplement is actually a better way to get B 12 than eating meat

Big weightlifters are strong even if you go by strength to body weight ratios. I’m 290lbs and bench 455lbs.

One rep. Besides I was always told that bench pressing 1.5 times your body weight was a basic level of strength

How many pullups can you do ?
How many pistol squats?
How fast can you run a 5K?

Real world fitness isn't achieved by power lifting

Believe me when I tell you, if you lack these, you WILL lose your soul.
