Then, it shows that Jesus instituted the ordinance of baptism for the dead in First Corinthians Chapter 15 verse 29. This is done because as Paul taught, we will all rise in the resurrection of the dead where our spirits will reunite with our physical bodies in a resurrected state. Yet, you and Meriweather want to act as if this teaching doesn't exist in the Bible. Even your Bibles. You don't want the dead to have free will to choose for themselves to accept baptism or not.
