Why Can't the Left Let Go of Slavery?

What a pathetic rebuttal. If accepting democracy and not spreading lies about a stolen election makes me yellow, I wear that as a badge of honour'
Dickhead.
You asked for another colorful adjective. You're yellow. You're a chickenshit liberal for not standing up for the obvious truth that the election results were manipulated by illegal voting and illegal vote counting.

You're yellow.

I appreciate your signing your post with your nickname, Dickhead.
Where's your evidence about the election results? You have nothing and never will.
Trump was an idiot and republicans dissenters voted him out.
If be surprised if you could count past ten without taking off your shoes.

Did you never file a complaint with the EEOC? You could have and really should have because IF they're discriminating against you due to a real or perceived disability they're violating the Civil RIghts Acts of 1964 and/or perhaps one of the other protected categories.

If it's been less than 6 months since the last occurrence you can file a complaint with the EEOC. Depending on the state that you live in, if it's been less than 2 - 3 years then you could possibly file a claim against them in state court for violation of the state's version of the federal civil rights anti-discrimination laws but your best bet would be to find an attorney that gives free consults but make sure it's a plaintiff's attorney and find out from them if they think you have a valid claim.

Let me know if you need any additional assistance.

I k new a guy that tried that. He had been unfairly disciplined by a black supervisor, he went up the chain of command, nothing was done, He went to the union, nothing was done he went to the EEOC, they refused to take the complaint, he went to a lawyer and was told he had zero chance of winning a trial, but if he wanted to pay thousand of dollars up front the lawyer would take the case.

Other than the fact that it's democrats that have created segregation, Jim Crow laws and ghettos in blue Plantation cities...

Incorrect. These things were done bipartisan.

Whites were not slaves here but slavery is not the only issue.

Things did not end with slavery. The left are not the people who won't let go of slavery. Hoe about discussing these 160 years after slavery whereby blacks faced apartheif and today this:

Since 2000, U.S. gross domestic product lost that much as a result of discriminatory practices in a range of areas, including in education and access to business loans, according to a new study by Citigroup. Specifically, the study came up with $16 trillion in lost GDP by noting four key racial gaps between African Americans and whites:

$13 trillion lost in potential business revenue because of discriminatory lending to African American entrepreneurs, with an estimated 6.1 million jobs not generated as a result

$2.7 trillion in income lost because of disparities in wages suffered by African Americans

$218 billion lost over the past two decades because of discrimination in providing housing credit

And $90 billion to $113 billion in lifetime income lost from discrimination in accessing higher education

These numbers are from racism happening in THIS CENTURY. And it is not happening to whites. So why does the right keep arguing about slabery unless it's an excuse to divert or derail the conversation? White racism continues right now and threads like this are evidence of it. As long as whites continue having attitudes such as we see here, then the numbers are going to continue rising. White racism has a real cost to this nation and you need to learn what it is.

“It will end up costing the U.S. economy as much as $1 trillion between now and 2028 for the nation to maintain its longstanding black-white racial wealth gap, according to a report released this month from the global consultancy firm McKinsey & Company. That will be roughly 4 percent of the United States GDP in 2028—just the conservative view, assuming that the wealth growth rates of African Americans will outpace white wealth growth at its current clip of 3 percent to .8 percent annually, said McKinsey. If the gap widens, however, with white wealth growing at a faster rate than black wealth instead, it could end up costing the U.S. $1.5 trillion or 6 percent of GDP according to the firm.”- Brentin Mock, “White Americans’ Hold on Wealth Is Old, Deep, and Nearly Unshakeable”

White racism creates the very government dependency you idiots claim to be against. If you refuse to hire people of color or refuse to pay equal wages, you create people who need government assistance. Without white racism, we never would have had to worry about government debt or deficits. This is the price of white racism.

Well what do you know, it's not as easy to enforce your rights as you all would like to make everyone believe now is it?

No, it was a Latino trying to get justice against a black. Blacks seem to have become a protected class. Another example, when I was hired, one of the members of my training class turned out to be colorblind. As he was on probation he was fired since he couldn’t possibly meet employment standards because all our wiring was color coded. The union got him rehired as a cable splicer. He had to tone identify each conductor so he was terribly slow. He was kept on to job. By the way he was black and every time management tried to discipline or fire him he would file either a racial discrimination complaint, or a American’s With Disabilities Act complaint. He worked a thirty year career splicing color coded wires that he couldn’t identify and never managed to meet productivity standards. A employee of any other race would either been fired, or put in a job that didn’t require color vision like a clerk , supply specialist or operator at a vastly reduced salary.

You're lying. Hispanics are covered in all civil rights lawd or policies. You can't just file such suits willy nilly son. You must document occurrences and show patterns of discrimination. So your story is missing a lot of information while you make your racist claims.
