If SCOTUS finds for disqualifying him, in spite of the clear language of the Constitution, or if SCOTUS follows the law and finds for Trump, they can spend months calling SCOTUS illegitimate and Trump a traitor or some other nonsense. In case you hadn't noticed yet, these people are pushing division and hate relentlessly and at some point it's all apt to explode.

What Trump did was put Pence in charge if something went wrong while he was holding his rally. That's what a VP is supposed to do, take over the duties of a President when he's not available.

Pence and the Capitol police chief immediately called the Pentagon for the troops, but it was Pentagon red tape that took them hours to actually show up, not anything Trump did or didn't do.
