Who is right, trump or the two policemen?

Two Jan. 6 police officers sue Trump to block $1.8B lawfare fund

Two police officers who defended the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021, riot sued President Donald Trump on Wednesday, seeking to block the $1.8 billion “lawfare” fund set up by the Department of Justice to compensate Trump allies who claim they were victims of prosecutorial overreach.

“In the most brazen act of presidential corruption this century, President Donald J. Trump has created a $1.776 billion taxpayer-funded slush fund to finance the insurrectionists and paramilitary groups that commit violence in his name,” the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., says.

“The fund, styled the ‘Anti-Weaponization Fund,’ is illegal,” the suit alleges.

“No statute authorizes its creation, the settlement on which it is premised is a corrupt sham, and its design violates the Constitution and federal law.”

I'm with the policemen, who still must be seething that members of the J/6 mob were pardoned. You know, members who included those who violently assaulted Capital policemen.

One way or another I hope this abomination of a fund is extinguished before a single dime gets dispensed to those who object to their crimes being punished.

The My Pillow asshole believes he'll get $400 million from the fund.

OAN believes they can recover the settlement they paid to Dominion Voting Machines for slandering that company.

Others who would "qualify" by virtue of being arrested and convicted of crimes include Rudy Gulliani, Jenna Ellis, Steve Bannon,

**** all of those traitors.

Bipartisan group of ex-federal judges challenges Trump’s $1.8bn ‘anti-weaponization’ fund

Dozens of former federal judges have joined the push to thwart Donald Trump’s creation of a $1.776bn “anti-weaponization fund” that would funnel taxpayer dollars to the president’s political allies.

The bipartisan group of 35 judges filed a lawsuit in the southern district of Florida on Wednesday seeking to reopen Trump’s legal case against the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) over the leaking of his tax information by a whistleblower who was later sentenced to five years in prison.

Trump, who had been seeking $10bn in damages, settled that case earlier this month in exchange for a financial agreement with the IRS allowing him to set up what critics have called a “slush fund” for his allies. This could include those convicted of violence during the 6 January 2021 Capitol riot he incited when trying in vain to overturn his defeat by Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election. Trump pardoned those convicted after returning to the White House last year.

It was a fraud on the Court and Blanche needs to resign or be impeached....seriously.

Step one in ending this sham.

Trump DOJ ‘lawfare’ fund temporarily blocked by judge as suit proceeds

A federal judge in Virginia on Friday temporarily blocked the Department of Justice from taking any further action to create or disburse money from its so-called Anti-Weaponization Fund as one of three lawsuits challenging it proceeds.

Judge Leon Brinkema said she would hold a hearing on June 12 in U.S. District Court in Alexandria on whether to maintain the injunction against the DOJ’s $1.8 billion Anti-Weaponization Fund.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche earlier this month said he was creating that fund as part of a settlement of a $10 billion lawsuit by President Donald Trump against the Internal Revenue Service for the leak of his tax records by an IRS employee.

It's hard to believe someone as temperamentally, intellectually, and psychologically unfit as this buffoon is the one making this decision.
