Whites with no college degree 72%

Naw, they don't want the unproductive poisoning the pool.
Very very few workers today are unproductive. One needs to do the work but ensure they dont expend all their energy at work. Theres housework to do, throwing supper together, and taking care of kids. 2 people running around like crazed animals to find 10 minutes of peace. Getting people out of the workforce sooner would help things.

And you guys will make $20,000 to $65,000
Havent been out much lately have you. On the road $120 plus stay home $75 to $85

That diesnt count pocketing the perdiem. I pull in $3000 a month now tax free.

I did my time in the rat race. Served my sentence in the work world. Paid the misery tag Just put a fake smile on and be a good company man. After all one is there to help the company right?

When you die the help wanted sign will be posted before your obituary.

Until I was 28 years old and well into my career, I did not even have a college degree. Now I have a doctorate, and yet I am no smarter (intelligence) now than I was before I got my degree.
You're the doctorate holder that I am educating on how top tax rates evolved on the other thread, so it aint in Economics i guess?

Education doesn't raise your intelligence quotient. Anyone who spent 5 minutes learning knows that. I am not even sure what your point is.

I think you maybe a good example of how people stop learning at some point and figure the know it all. Your posts lack research and curiosity which I think are way more important than IQ.

Ok.
In the 1950s, when only the husband had to work, and the US had a manufacturing base, less than 10% of American workers had completed college.
Degrees are BS for the most part. I have a couple, and I can tell you that for the most part, they were a complete waste of time and the government's money.
They are a BS racket that many have been sold a lie about.

Job hopping is what our best workers do. Always on the lookout for more money. It's all a worker can do versus employers that would willfully hurt them in some way.
I’ve been with the same employer for 25 years as of this February. Same department but we’ve changed names and responsibilities over a quarter century. 5 years as a contractor. 3 years as a management employee. 17 years as a union member. It took me less than 2 years to decide this hsxwherefibeabtbto spend my career.

I had a similar career path--33 years working for the same wholly-owned family Fortune 500 company.

I work for an electric utility company. I spent 6 years working for 2 different architectural industry companies out of college and found it wasn’t my thing.

I’m a CAD/GIS Technician by trade but I’ve expanded my skill sets into electrical design, construction and switching operations.

This clown ^^^ doesn't want anyone to work, marry, or have children. He repeats this stupidity endlessly.

I worked in industrial maintenance at the world's largest winery.

Who are in the 72%? Rich kids who were born into wealth and so never have to go to college or worry about money? I'm sure Nick Reiner didn't have a college degree.

Most of the poor in America, don't have college degrees. How many of your 72% are poor Americans? Maybe they should have went to college.

28% with college degrees are your bosses. Or they have jobs inside companies you could never get a job. What would you do their plumbing? Shipping?

My buddy got a great job at one of my competitors. He is THRILLED. It's in the shipping department. Good job with benefits, 401K, insurance. But what do you think he makes? $50k?

Receiving Supervisor makes $23 hr. $48,000 a year. That's a GOOD job for someone who doesn't have a college degree.

YES, a lot of people with college degrees only make $23 hr. I'm sure of it. But on average, we make $85K. People without make around $50K. That's just the facts.
You should have studied English. “Maybe they should have WENT to college” is wrong.

Feminist mentality has cause both parents to have to work. Women should be mothers and home makers during their most child productive years.
