A college degree is too expensive for a lot of people. That's why the student loan forgiveness program is so helpful. Like it or not, education is the key to class mobile.

You can learn anything they teach in College on the Internet. Most of them put their stuff on the internet for anyone to use.
You can then use a job site like Link In to certify your knowledge.
Then employers hire you based on your knowledge and not your ability to waste, mostly unproductive, time in a classroom.

A lot of College drop-outs have proven, it isn't the education that matters, it is the individuals' willingness to do what it takes to learn, promote themselves, and simply be the right person to be successful,

Some people will never be more than bottom feeders, regardless of all the free education in the world being given to them.

I am looking forward to my Trump tax savings so I can employ some working people to work around my house - hurricane knocked a tree into my fence that I need repaired. I love how anti college Republicans are. Yet most Republicans send their kids to college.

Did you know that a college degree is worth $1 million dollars? It is. A college educated person makes about $80K. The median income in the USA is $50K. $30K a year x 30 years is $1 million dollars.

Those high-paying jobs are all taken by H1B graduates. They work for cheap. A plumber probably makes more money than them.

LOL, I worked a career in a trade where you actually could job hop if you didn't like the guy you were working for---trouble was, you just went down the road to a similar wage--trade wages are pretty constant, but you gave up your seniority, status in the shop, vacation longevity, etc. You only think as long as your nose, init. No wonder you left your career with a poor attitude.

LOL, I worked a career in a trade where you actually could job hop if you didn't like the guy you were working for---trouble was, you just went down the road to a similar wage--trade wages are pretty constant, but you gave up your seniority, status in the shop, vacation longevity, etc. You only think as long as your nose, init. No wonder you left your career with a poor attitude.

Sometimes the pay increase makes job hoping worthwhile. Additionally, some companies hire peoples not to use them but to make sure the other guy doesn't use them. Seems a waste to me.
