" Equitable Protection By Virtue Of A Live Birth Requirement For Citizenship "

* Grasping At Straws For Obligatory Delivery *

Quite the left turn you made there. You bring up equal Justice, than deflect from it?
Does the woman not accept the semen, with the full understanding that it can cause pregnancy, does she not accept it as her own?
A zygote , embryo or fetus is without constitutional protections and the woman can terminate the pregnancy or allow it to continue with significant expense through a physical process that males are incapable of satisfying .

Attempts to imply that becoming pregnant incurs an obligation to deliver and that a female is obligated to the whimsy of a male sperm donor does not follow from reason or from us constitution .

So, because blacks didn’t have constitutional protection, it should be legal to enslave them?

Abortion changed the legal dynamic. Previously child support was enacted because birth control was almost non existent, now it extends way past intercourse, but, only available to one of the involved parties.

It should no longer be since the point of its establishment no longer exists.

Here's a thought, if a guy doesn't want to be a father, or if a woman doesn't want to be a mother, here's a really technical solution - keep sperm out of the vagina!!!

Apparently, it scientifically works.

An IQ level above a box of Kellogs Cornflakes can grasp that basic sex education. Those that can't.............well.........they demand an abortion.

OK well tell that too a 15 year old who thinks that their in love.

It's like saying "Let's compromise on rape". How do you do that?

then keep yer zipper shut. there, problem solved. others believe 'invasive' medical procedures are immoral.
Getting surgery to ensure no pregnancy can ever occur is not immoral.

15 year olds are too young, hence why nature awards them a present. I hope no one supports 15 year old having sex and abortions. It's paedophilia at that level.

It doesn't matter what path pro-abortionists try to sneak down, abortion attracts the low IQ

Privately perhaps, but anything that uses tax dollars gives taxpayers a say

the hyde amendment has been in effect since the days of carter.

...and definition the fact that you excluded everyone else from the process makes it privilege not a right.

it is both a privilege AND a right to one's own bodily autonomy.

Well if you don’t know what the ramifications of sex are, then I don’t know what to tell you.

That’s why traditional values and solid families are so Important

not by definition, in fact they are exclusionary when it comes to rights...if it was/were a right there would be no "Hyde amendment".

false. you have the right to practice your religion, but that doesn't mean that the gov'ment pays for your house of worship.

No! all rights are universal

and if that were only true for some religions and not others then it would by definition be privilege.

I don’t buy a state-by-state basis on the medical, philosophical, and biological definition of when a human becomes a human. On this I am completely opposed to Trump’s resolution.. he’s kicking the can down the road

As far as selections, I chose 6 weeks with exceptions for life of mother and begrudgingly rape and incest.. if we’re just talking laws.
