No one said they were, you said they were the radicals. I think it's up to you to prove that the draft LOTTERY was focused on the poor. You made that claim about the 50,000 on the wall. Prove it.
It's called statistics and probability. It would be unlikely that the majority of those 50,000 dead were members of the wealthiest members of our society. In fact statisitcs and probability will show that a greater number of the wealthiest members of our society either got into a champagne club, ie Junior in the Texas National Guard, where they will be safe and out of harms way, or deferments excusing them from duty for various reasons like going to college.
It is unlikely that a great number of the poor and blacks were given the option of getting out the service, because they either never heard of such option, didn't question their call to duty, etc.
