When Libertarians or the like say “I mind my own business”/ “live and let live” what do they really mean? Is there really a Libertarian Party anymore?

The concept of libertarianism in it’s entirety is folklore…you simply can’t deploy real libertarianism within this new America with these new Americans.
Define "real libertarianism".

I think that he thinks all his whining will convince libertarians to support Trump. Or maybe a libertarian picked on him in school. :dunno: Regardless, he starts two or three of these threads a week. It's an obsession.
Lots of libertarians do support Trump v2.0 (me included) so I would suggest maybe he/she is trying to convince us we made a mistake? :p

You're complaining about libertarians "live and let live" attitude, what do you think that is if not eschewing attempting to control other people?
“Control” is the wrong word. I like the idea of compelling or shaming people into behaving like legitimate human beings in a exceptional, civilized first world nation should.

I certainly think you did. But we can save that for another thread. This thread is for BL to complain about libertarians.

Alright, whatever terminology you choose to deploy, I want no part of it. I want people to be free to make their own decisions about how they live their lives absent coercion from any quarter.

Like I said before, non-aggression principle, learn it, love it, live it.

Now if you want to PERSUADE people via reason and evidence, that's perfectly fine but it's usually more effective if you don't start the conversation by demeaning and mischaracterizing their deeply held beliefs. ;)

I start these threads when one of you seven Lib-Lite megalomaniacs make the assertion that we’re all stupid for not voting for some tool waving a faggot flag (Chase Oliver) and letting Obamala Harris walk away with it.

I've never said that. And, uh... how exactly am I a "megalomaniac"? Do you need a link to a dictionary?

I got no problem with that, we all made our own decisions based on what we perceived as the best course of action. Dave Smith @ Part of the Problem had an episode recently where he struggled on air with this choice (he ended up supporting Trump as well), it was interesting.

He does it here because he has no balls and wouldn't even think of so much as looking a person in the eye in the real world. He's a pussy and a weakling looking for therapy here.

I'm thoroughly convinced that the two-party system will bury us if we let it. I can't support any part of it.

Based on my experiences here it seems like self proclaimed Libertarians are just re-packaged socially left as hell progressives who are probably voting Democrat in secret…kind of…sometimes.
Anytime I hear “I mind my own business” or “live and let live” it’s generally a Libertarian of sorts saying it, it’s usually directed at a Conservative and seemingly used to thwart conservative efforts to preserve and protect American values, family values, Christian values, western culture and or the moral order that built and pillared this once great nation.
Lets be honest…these days, doesn’t “live and let live” and “I mind my own business” really just mean ‘I’m happy with the Leftist movement in America right now so leave it alone you meddling Conservative’?

First of all, there is precisely nothing "conservative" about being Christian. To be a Christian is to "believe" without evidence, to accept a Book riddled with flaws as "word of God." There is precisely nothing conservative about Broke Loser, who doesn't understand what the word means.

In a 1975 interview with Reason, California Governor Ronald Reagan appealed to libertarians when he stated to "believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism".

Libertarianism is the belief that people, left to themselves, will make better decisions than government will. Broke Loser doesn't make any decisions, he simply parrots "his beliefs" from preacher and Faux.

What Broke Loser supports is

socializing senior drugs (by threatening the actuary who did the cost estimate to "shut up or else")
opposing SCHOOL VOUCHERS while porking out $1 trillion to public education with Teddy Kennedy
wars over lies and nothing in US national interest
misdiagnosing who hit us on 911, and going to war over that misdiagnosis
outspending LBJ while thumping a Bible
being the #1 big spending GOP gov and #3 overall nationwide as being "conservative" = Huckabee

None of that is conservative.

Conservatives and Libertarians believe everything should be questioned until proven. Broke Loser believes stars are the same size as figs.

Broke Loser is not a conservative, he is a big government big spending Pfizer pill popping moron who thumps a Bible and doesn't understand basic science or math.

They build all their own roads, too.

NO Democrat cuts taxes or builds border walls. NO Democrat puts restrictions on chicks with dicks.
What are my options?

Your best option would be to get on the waitlist and hope someone donates a dick to you. While you wait, you can dye the little hair you have purple.

By winning despite vilification of the mainstream media and constant lawfare by the deep state. I really have to point this out?
I'm not seeing how that changes the nature of the two party system. If anything, it's just further proof how defunct it is. C'mon. Trump vs Harris? If that's the best we can do we shouldn't bother.

At least by all appearances he's attacking the establishment, that includes the establishment hobgoblins in both major parties, the legacy media and the denizens of the bureaucratic establishment in Washington, that's the first step to changing it. If you don't like the status quo how do you change it other than going into full bull in a China shop mode from the inside? You certainly aren't going to change it from the outside looking in.

Why do you think the douche bags that are entrenched members of the establishment hate him so much?

I would suggest withholding final judgement until we see if he can actually put a dent in the administrative state as well as follow through on his other anti-establishment promises, that's what I'm doing anyways.

No, not necessarily. I would probably be considered libertarian on most social issues, but conservative on most everything else.

I believe the cotus should be followed as written, and the federal government stays in their lane. 10A for certain is the way it should be.

Beyond that, as long as something doesn't affect me, or run afoul of the cotus, I say let them do what they want. It's not up to you to try and make someone else conform to your way of thinking. As long as they don't infringe on my rights, let them do as they will.

To me, that's libertarian. Live and let live as long as it doesn't bother me, or go against cotus
