Define "real libertarianism".The concept of libertarianism in it’s entirety is folklore…you simply can’t deploy real libertarianism within this new America with these new Americans.

Lots of libertarians do support Trump v2.0 (me included) so I would suggest maybe he/she is trying to convince us we made a mistake?I think that he thinks all his whining will convince libertarians to support Trump. Or maybe a libertarian picked on him in school.Regardless, he starts two or three of these threads a week. It's an obsession.
“Control” is the wrong word. I like the idea of compelling or shaming people into behaving like legitimate human beings in a exceptional, civilized first world nation should. You're complaining about libertarians "live and let live" attitude, what do you think that is if not eschewing attempting to control other people?
I certainly think you did. But we can save that for another thread. This thread is for BL to complain about libertarians.Lots of libertarians do support Trump v2.0 (me included) so I would suggest maybe he/she is trying to convince us we made a mistake?![]()
Alright, whatever terminology you choose to deploy, I want no part of it. I want people to be free to make their own decisions about how they live their lives absent coercion from any quarter.“Control” is the wrong word. I start these threads when one of you seven Lib-Lite megalomaniacs make the assertion that we’re all stupid for not voting for some tool waving a faggot flag (Chase Oliver) and letting Obamala Harris walk away with it.I think that he thinks all his whining will convince libertarians to support Trump. My children always went to a private Christian school,...
I've never said that. And, uh... how exactly am I a "megalomaniac"? Do you need a link to a dictionary?I start these threads when one of you seven Lib-Lite megalomaniacs make the assertion that we’re all stupid for not voting for some tool waving a faggot flag (Chase Oliver) and letting Obamala Harris walk away with it.
I got no problem with that, we all made our own decisions based on what we perceived as the best course of action. Dave Smith @ Part of the Problem had an episode recently where he struggled on air with this choice (he ended up supporting Trump as well), it was interesting.I certainly think you did. But we can save that for another thread. This thread is for BL to complain about libertarians.

Like I said before, non-aggression principle, learn it, love it, live it.
Now if you want to PERSUADE people via reason and evidence, that's perfectly fine but it's usually more effective if you don't start the conversation by demeaning and mischaracterizing their deeply held beliefs.![]()
I'm thoroughly convinced that the two-party system will bury us if we let it. I can't support any part of it.I got no problem with that, we all made our own decisions based on what we perceived as the best course of action. Based on my experiences here it seems like self proclaimed Libertarians are just re-packaged socially left as hell progressives who are probably voting Democrat in secret…kind of…sometimes.
Anytime I hear “I mind my own business” or “live and let live” it’s generally a Libertarian of sorts saying it, it’s usually directed at a Conservative and seemingly used to thwart conservative efforts to preserve and protect American values, family values, Christian values, western culture and or the moral order that built and pillared this once great nation.
Lets be honest…these days, doesn’t “live and let live” and “I mind my own business” really just mean ‘I’m happy with the Leftist movement in America right now so leave it alone you meddling Conservative’?
They build all their own roads, too.
NO Democrat cuts taxes or builds border walls. NO Democrat puts restrictions on chicks with dicks.
What are my options?
Trump already changed it but it’s impossible to breakI'm thoroughly convinced that the two-party system will bury us if we let it. I can't support any part of it.
Changed it how?Trump already changed it but it’s impossible to break
By winning despite vilification of the mainstream media and constant lawfare by the deep state. I really have to point this out?Changed it how?
I'm not seeing how that changes the nature of the two party system. If anything, it's just further proof how defunct it is. C'mon. Trump vs Harris? If that's the best we can do we shouldn't bother.By winning despite vilification of the mainstream media and constant lawfare by the deep state. I really have to point this out?
At least by all appearances he's attacking the establishment, that includes the establishment hobgoblins in both major parties, the legacy media and the denizens of the bureaucratic establishment in Washington, that's the first step to changing it. If you don't like the status quo how do you change it other than going into full bull in a China shop mode from the inside? You certainly aren't going to change it from the outside looking in.I'm not seeing how that changes the nature of the two party system. If anything, it's just further proof how defunct it is. C'mon. No, not necessarily. I would probably be considered libertarian on most social issues, but conservative on most everything else.Based on my experiences here it seems like self proclaimed Libertarians are just re-packaged socially left as hell progressives who are probably voting Democrat in secret…kind of…sometimes.
