lol .....there are people working there with masters degrees because they got better pay and benefits working at the PO.....and this includes quite a few Vets.....
They don't run around lying about fake 'labor shortages' and then running to the Fed to get big stacks of green cards. There are lots of people who will apply at 60 companies and might get one interview if they're lucky, and that includes all the liars at companies claiming ' they're desperate n stuff'. Most probably use software to weed out 'undesirables', but never bothered to test their 'automated systems' to check what they're weeding out. Most people won't even bother with posting their personal into into such systems, they're garbage and no telling what psycho gimps these companies allow access to that info.
All they're doing is tryong to sucker taxpayers into 'training' more employees for them and glut the market with skilled people and pay them minimum wages is all. Been that way since the early 1980's, especially in the software an computer industries. See how many trade school graduates you can get to move to Silly Con Valley for $12-$14 an hour. You will get a few really desperate people maybe, from DeVry or somewhere with huge loans to pay off, that's about it.
