If Biden wins, Iran will announce that it will have nuclear weapons by 2025.

If Trump wins, Iran will offer to abandon nuclear weapons in return for relief from sanctions.

North Korea will definitely be more aggressive with Sleepy Joe, looking to shake him down.

But if Trump vanquishes Biden, Un may well look to change from evil to good. The reasons why he hasn't done so yet is that he isn't sure Trump will survive politically, as well as problems Un anticipates from NK's sizable Military Industrial Complex. The power of the generals comes from the incredible size and scope of their defense budget. Un may want to do the right thing and pursue more freedom, get a Trump International in Pyongyang, etc.

If it's like 2010 or better as I hope it is, I expect them to acquiesce and perhaps even see their grasp of power crumble.
