What sport is harder football or wrestling??

There are any number of ways to get injured. I’ve experienced most of them.
I've broken every finger, every toe, almost every rib, my collar bone, my orbital bone, my wrist, my nose dozens of times, I can't recall how many concussions (of course I can't recall), had one eye ripped open, and as a result of cutting hard weight for so many years I now get kidney stones like I'm growing them in a garden. Every morning when I wake up my knees, elbows, and shoulders are screaming (an effective way to get woken up). When I stand up it sounds like someone is making popcorn.

Totally worth it.

I would agree.
I did both.
Two totally different disciplines.
From a sheer conditioning point of view, wrestling was more difficult.
I played wide receiver so even though there was running involved, there was time between plays. But with wrestling, once the match starts, it's game on and those few minutes are exhausting.
And the smell in the wrestling gym. Ugh.

I did Muay Thai , boxing , Krav Maga and BJJ

Can’t say I was good but maybe low avg

Wow! 7 years of amateur boxing competition and 58 fights, and I'm no where near as banged up.

I've always believed that wrestlers are the most authentic "tough men" out there.
