2. The historical affect of not allowing blacks to vote, which severely cripples their control of their lives, that just perpetuates for generations.
3. You then criminalize things that blacks tend to do more than others, if that's not the case, even for the same crime, you simply penalize blacks more harshly than anyone else, especially whites. So what a typical white would get a chance to slide on, you drop the hammer on the typical Black. This is perpetuated nationwide.

It's called systemic racism and it's just a tip of the iceberg.
