Parler (/pɑːrlər/, PAR-ler) is an American microblogging and social networking service launched in August 2018. Parler has a significant user base of Trump supporters, conservatives, and right-wing extremists.[4][5][6] Posts on the service often contain far-right content,[12] antisemitism,[15][discuss] and conspiracy theories.[18] Parler has been described as an alternative to Twitter, and is popular among people who have been banned from mainstream social networks or oppose their moderation policies.[4][7][19]

Parler markets itself as a "free speech" and unbiased alternative to mainstream social networks such as Twitter and Facebook. However, journalists and users have criticized the service for content policies that are more restrictive than the company portrays, and sometimes more restrictive than those of its competitors.[20][21][22][23] As of November 2020, the service had about 4 million active users, and over 10 million total users.[3][2]

There is so many right wing sites, be careful out there, for those in reality.

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - A surge of about 200,000 users believed to be from Saudi Arabia who are frustrated at what they say is censorship by Twitter have helped crash the small social media network Parler, which styles itself as a “free speech-driven” space.

The influx of users has created unusual bedfellows on Parler, which has mostly been a home for supporters of U.S. President Donald Trump after starting up a year ago.

An analysis by Reuters and Citizen Lab, a Canadian research group, found that many of the new users came from Saudi Arabia. They promoted their use of Parler with hashtags on Twitter, which they accuse of stifling expression by arbitrarily banning users.

“The nationalist movement of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has made it known that big tech is censoring them at rates we have never experienced in the United States,” Parler wrote in a post on its own account on the site. “Let us welcome them as we all fight for our rights together.”

What are those right, the right to not have any laws about guns or weapons, or any laws or taxes.

The far right wants us to live by their laws.

Essentially a further contraction of the alternate universe. Another example is the way Fox is being replaced by Newsmax, which is much more dependable.

The alternate universe now is very close to being an absolutely sealed, closed circuit ecosystem.

At some point here, they may actually develop their own language, and the rest of us will require an interpreter to communicate with them.

I live in reality, those far right are really dangerous.

I think ya'll just don't like that folks are leaving Twitter. Because the people that run Twitter are liars and don't hesitate to delete shit you don't like, even if, and especially if, it's true.
Twitter is probably on the way out now anyway, since 3 am twitterstorms won't be a thing anymore.

NPR did a story on Parlor:

The last part is hilarious; they chronicle that both Ted Cruz and Maria Bartimoro (sp?) said they were leaving Twitter for Parler...

Both are still on Twitter. LOL

Ah Newsmax, I remember them putting out a false story about Sen. Clinton snubbing Gold Star Mothers and leaving it in their archives for at least two years, despite the GSMs saying it was false on their website. The only good thing about Newsmax was that their attacks were usually easily debunkable. They're only "popular" now because Trump lost and his minions have to scrape the bottom of the journalistic barrel to get their message out

That is a lie because you are as insane as those on the fringe right...

Also anyone that disagree with your personal opinion of things are considered far right in your eyes, so I consider the source when you judge something...

Final, people should voice their opinion and never be stifled because how then will we know which one is the true idiot in the crowd of morons I live with daily?

Parler is a great idea. When Twitter became a filthy ass Left Wing operative the American people said "screw you".

Kinda like "go woke, go broke".

The tech monopolies hate competition, especially when the competition is offering something they have been denying. There's no reason not to upgrade to Parler, where free speech is still allowed. You can be sure that Dolan and Zuckerburg are sending their plants to apply for work at the growing company in hopes of eventually stifiling the first ammendment rights over there too. Zucherburg and Dolan are Marxists that crave total control. They will never side with the people.

Ive belonged to Parler for a year and I go there daily, theres no big brother blocking and banning anything twitter degenerate CEO doesnt like.

There are many names on Parler who post almost daily that everyone would know...I will mention a few
Sen Devin Nunes
Sen Rand Paul
Sen Ted Cruz
Rudy Guiliani

Hannity
Laura Ingraham
Levin
Trish Regan
J. Solomon
Dinesh D'Sousa

Many More....

Its unfiltered, unstifled, I have seen NO racist or supremist comments whatsoever and its less profane than Twitter and many of the others...
I havent been on twitter in 7 months. Why would I want to read ONLY WHAT the administration of twitter wants me too...SCREW THAT...Im a free man with free will and I seek the truth

Parler censors no one. Liberals are also welcome to post whatever they want to. It's not a right wing site, it's just because of the censorship of Twitter and FaceBook that right wingers are there.
