My understanding is that if there is at least one Y chromosome, the result is decidedly male, albeit with some defects. Most tend to be sterile.

In any event, such genetic abnormalities are irrelevant to “transgenderism”. Nearly all “transgenders” are biologically- and genetically- normal people of one sex, who delusionally claim to be the opposite of their true sex.

Bruce Jenner is known to have fathered at least six children, proving beyond any doubt that he is male, and almost certainly a normal XY male.

Rachel Levine is known to have fathered at least two children, proving beyond any doubt that he is male.

Fallon Fox, the piece of shit who “transitioned” to “female” so that he could make a profession of beating the shit out of women for sport, is known to have fathered at least one child.
