What I'd like to see Re: Ukraine/Russia

Dnipropetrovsk region, a ukro nationalist in the forest gives a nazi salute. Filmed by a russian drone camera - hence instant karma. He got confused, it happens. Never mind, He'll be more careful next time.

Sure. Staggering job losses in the face of inflation and inflationary policy is a sign of a great economy.

On Newsmax.
Gas prices are going down sharply

Or at least in red state

Suicidal states like california are the exception

And lower gas prices are very good for the economy

Putin and his troll army like to whine about Nazis, while Putin implements their policies in Russia.
To people who are up to date with current events, you sound like a pathetic idiot. But to the morons around you, you look like an expert, so keep it up!

I don't give a shit what the Russians think. NATO has never acted aggressively towards Russia. Their paranoia is legendary.
I'm not arguing w/you admiral, only offering perspective

for ex., our 700+ military bases on this rock aren't exactly viewed as 'defenders'

That 700 military bases is a crock of shit. Most of those bases are temporary facilities for our troops and aircraft in those locations. I was once stationed at one of those "bases" in Alabama. We were a half-a floor in a 3-story office park with about 35 Navy personnel assigned. We had another 10 on an Air Force station about 5 miles away and 5 others in a recruiting station also about 5 miles away in a shopping center. In total I had 23 enlisted recruiting stations and two officer recruiting stations at the two major universities in our area. Some base, huh?

During Desert Storm, we had an airstrip in the middle of the Egyptian desert. There were a few tents, a radio, a couple of trucks and about 3 people assigned. They flew in supplies for the ships in Red Sea. Some base, huh?

The problem with your map is that the boundaries for Ukraine were set by international agreement in the 1990’s after the breakup of the Soviet Union
And there will be new boundaries after breakup of Ukraine and new agreements.
The question is what agreements there should be short of territorial changes. I'd like to see, say, among other things, denazification of Germany and denuclearisation of France.

Russia agreed to the boundaries
And Ukraine agreed to be neutral and democratic (meaning equal rights for Russians and Russian-speakers). And NATO agreed not to expand estward, and not to commit illegal and unprovoked acts of aggression.
They changed their mind, and so did we.

And dont assume that no Ukraines were trapped inside the new russia
Of course no. No one is trapped inside Russia.
It works both ways you know
Yep. NATO started expansion eastward, Russia started expansion westward. Now it is time for NATO to roll back or to be eliminated.

The Russians view them as the aggressors Admiral

~S~
And we (most adequate from us) have pretty good reasons to view them that way. Agressors and direct heirs of Nazi Europe. Many others see them as Satanists, evil monsters and terrorists.

Of course it is a plain lie. NATO is just a temporary union of countries and NATO countries commit aggressions against Russia at least twice a century since time of Northern Crusades. NATO alliance is basically anti-Russian alliance by its nature. And NATO alliance commited illegal and unprovoked aggression against Serbia. And right now NATO support genocide of Russians in former Ukraine. Actually, they are even participating in it.

Their paranoia is legendary.
Only paranoids survive. We just killed at least two million people because of our "paranoia", do you hope that we'll hesitate before killing twenty or two hundred million (or even two billion) more?

What lies about false threats will the Russians tell us when they invade the free Baltic states of estonia latvia lithuania?

Ukraine was never a threat to russia and neither is NATO

It's funny how Westerners can use the word “free” with any noun, even, for example, Nazi, and not feel any imbalance. Centuries of experience!
