Here is a refresher in what he actually did say. I thought at the time it would not take long for the left wing to turn it from condemnation to commendation, I was right.
Comey said in July that while "there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case."
So, he said there were potential violation of statutes, and we all know that there were he was just mincing his words. Then he used the odd wording "no reasonable prosecutor." What does that even mean and why would the director of the FBI use such wording?
