Zone1 Were there human beings before Adam and Eve?

Yes and your ethics are in question. Actually no. With your own words, your professed religious beliefs, in spite of all of the scientific biological historical and literary evidence provided, have been exposed as extremely unethical.

An actor and lying fraud. Just not a very good one, trying too dismiss well know scientific facts about reality as a fantasy and pass off your delusion as the truth. If you don't want to held to account, go to church and blubber on your knees till kingdom come about how much you love a trinity and its mangod. No one will bother you there.

Science is questionable but what you profess to "believe" that contradicts reality is not questionable? Right. So stop whining. There isn't a damn thing you can do about it. Your sorcery has absolutely no effect on the rational.

See, that didn't take long. Here you are. I guess you think you are no longer required to answer my posts when you sign off as you did in post #(666) Please respond to post #(664) and (665).

What I profess to believe is the Bible, God and Jesus Christ. Which you constantly pervert with your fake religion which is composed of just 'you'.

Which is why you can't and won't answer my questions.

And, I did so. I did some research about the water in the firmament that was still there after God brought Adam and Eve to the earth. The UV rays were much less before the Noah's Flood and that helped people live longer.
If you believe that Adam lived for 930 years, then you aren't using your brain.

If you believe that Adam lived for 930 years, then you aren't using your brain.

Of course Adam lived 930 years. That is the testimony of the Bible. And better than that, Methuselah lived 969 years. That's something aint it?

Science is discussed in this arena of religion when atheist's want to ***** and move into an arena where they have no business.
Or when a religious person starts a thread with a scientific question.

Like this thread.

No, really.... please stop whining. Switching to gatekeeping just because you completely fell on your face is kind of whiny and immature.

You aren't using your brain either then.

It wasn't a science question. 'Before Adam and Eve'. It would be a science question if science agreed that Adam and Eve were created by God and the first humans. Or if they could disprove that there was no Adam and Eve.

Go ***** somewhere else. Try and start a science category so you and your other atheists could sit and philosophize about what you don't know.

Then maybe Jesus being a god or a son of a god was allegorical.
That was exactly my starting point. And after much study I concluded that either he did everything attributed to him or that it could have only been a massive conspiracy of epic proportion. And after looking at those two cases, I found the massive conspiracy of epic proportions to be the more difficult to prove.

That doesn't make sense to me. Clearly it is not possible to produce any evidence he did anything another human who is not a god or the son of a god cannot do. So what did you consider? How the story made you "feel"?

Common sense would get you a failing grade in an English exam?

Again, Who says it is an allegory?

Quantrill
I can't fix stupid. If you want to literally read accounts that are obviously allegorical, go for it. You are only harming yourself.

Historians recorded that the first Christians worshipped Jesus as God. The Babylonian Talmud recorded that Jesus was put to death for sorcery (performing miracles) and leading Israel to apostasy (claiming to be equal to God).

The 24,000 written manuscripts explain why the first Christians worshiped Jesus as God. The Babylonian Talmud confirms the accounts recorded in the 24,000 written manuscripts.

Do I need to keep going? Or would you like to explain when Jesus was first worshipped as God and why Jesus was worshipped as God?

In other words you can't support what you say. In other words, you are full of shit. Typical.

My question remains. Who says the ages given in (Genesis) are an allegory?

It's self evident. Just like it is self evident that George Washington didn't really chop down a cherry tree.

Many peole worship the Kim families as gods. As i type this. Because someone told them the Kims are gods.

The Babylonian Talmud recorded that Jesus was put to death for sorcery (performing miracles) and leading Israel to apostasy (claiming to be equal to God.
Because someone told them they saw Jesus perform a miracle.

See the trend?

Plenty of women were put to death for sorcery in this very land, a few hundred years ago.

Again... so? Thats a function of the written word being discovered at the same time as the myths.

There are also many accounts of Muhammed, the perfect human.

The accounts of Greek mythology are myriad and deep.

I am not seeing any good evidence Jesus was a god or a son of a god. Just plenty of evidence some peope said he was, including himself.

A dubious claim to make.

It's self evident. Just like it is self evident that George Washington didn't really chop down a cherry tree.

In other words, it is based upon you. But, as I said, there is nothing in the ages given to indicate an allegory...other than you just don't believe it.

And your unbelief means nothing to me. I believe the Bible. Not you.
