Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Saute in a cast iron skillet on medium high until good and crispy then turn over and cook a few more minutes turning over occasionally.

Ise 1 lb of beef instead of the the potato and add a can of peeled, seeded tomatoes chopped up and some chopped japapeno and toss in the gorp to saute. Do a double boiler with a 2 lb velveeta mix up the slop and eat with whatever chips. chile con queso y carne AKA GoodShitOkay, I was bad, made some serious comfort food.......
