Tonight is simple....
Chicken Legs in Air Fryer
Steamed fresh green beans
Mashed yellow potatoes

Local FFA Alumni Dinner. Deer meat. Gator tail sausage, swamp cabbage(heart of Palm), fried catfish BBQ chicken and all the fixings, sweet ice tea, and top-notch desserts all done by the FFA girls from what I gathered also some beautiful cake they made for the auction. Good food and good people, about 300 attended. I just left the cakes that were being auctioned at 300 to 500 dollars. Too rich for me but really good-looking cakes.

I had grilled salmon for the first-time last year in Cocoa Beach family restaurant it was the best.

I bought a crockpot a year ago and used it only for oatmeal. Today is my first time slow cooking meat and potatoes. That is also the first time I bought raw steak, so I looked at price more than descriptions.

I had quesadillas....because it was getting late and I wanted something quick and easy. It was gud though. For dessert I'm going to have sliced peaches.
