Sounds an awful lot like waiting until the ball lands and then moving the goalposts over it.

its standard practice in law enforcement to keep case files closed during appeal or during on-going court cases, its not a partisan thing. Usually the legal process would be ruined by making stuff like that public while a case is on-going.

Now law enforcement will decide which parts of the Epstein files relate to an ongoing investigation. That is in the law that Trump will soon sign, passed nearly unanimously by the House and Senate.

Will you object to the DOJ/FBI's decisions?

Some of the women who were right there when it happened have already testified that President Trump was not at all involved in any of the goings on there, and if there was the slightest chance of implicating Trump with those files, the Biden democrats would have already tried.

All week I have been saying I will be very surprised if we see all the PedoFiles before the mid-terms. I predicted Bondi will claim some files must be held back "due to an active investigation".

Bondi said Wednesday that she had received information that led her to now investigate people. She did not provide details about that information.

So they hand over the Epstein files to the "highly partisan corrupt justice department" and tell them to release anything they can but redact anything that would apply to an ongoing investigation - Trump's DOJ/FBI decides which is which.
