We should be clear about the reason for the necessity of Israel's attack on Iran's nuclear facilities.

IF they had nukes they could destroy several US cities before we destroyed them, that is what their idiot religion compels them to do. you know nothing about Islam.
If they had nukes (which they don’t yet) they’d need a rocket capable of reaching the US which they do not have

they were very close to having both. the 100-year Muslim jihad to rule the world is real and fools like you are helping them.

Trump Abandons Iran Nuclear Deal He Long Scorned

WASHINGTON — President Trump declared on Tuesday that he was withdrawing from the Iran nuclear deal, unraveling the signature foreign policy achievement of his predecessor Barack Obama, isolating the United States from its Western allies and sowing uncertainty before a risky nuclear negotiation with North Korea.

The decision, while long anticipated and widely telegraphed, leaves the 2015 agreement reached by seven countries after more than two years of grueling negotiations in tatters. The United States will now reimpose the stringent sanctions it imposed on Iran before the deal and is considering new penalties.

Mr. Trump’s announcement drew a chorus of opposition from European leaders, several of whom lobbied him feverishly not to pull out of the agreement and searched for fixes to it that would satisfy him.

It also drew a rare public rebuke by Mr. Obama, who said Mr. Trump’s withdrawal would leave the world less safe, confronting it with “a losing choice between a nuclear-armed Iran or another war in the Middle East.”

May 8 marked two years since President Trump formally withdrew from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), better known as the Iran nuclear deal, while maintaining that “t is the policy of the United States that Iran be denied a nuclear weapon and intercontinental ballistic missiles.” Since then, the Trump Administration unilaterally re-imposed crippling sanctions on Iran and antagonized our allies by forcing them to comply or risk financial isolation. They have also wasted valuable time trying to disassemble the Iran nuclear deal rather than pursuing negotiations to address its concerns. Now, the United States is scrambling to respond to the impending end of a United Nations (UN) arms embargo linked to the nuclear deal.

In retaliation for the Trump Administration’s decision to leave the JCPOA, Iran incrementally stepped back from compliance with the deal one year later — beginning in May 2019 — and our allies have resisted calls to punish Iran over its legitimate grievances. Iran’s proximity to a nuclear weapon capability has gradually increased due to the Trump Administration’s policies, and Iran is now roughly six months away from having enough weapons-grade fissile material for a nuclear bomb. When President Trump took office, Iran was about a year from that milestone. As a whole, the Trump Administration’s withdrawal from the JCPOA and “maximum pressure” strategy has gotten the United States no closer to its stated goals.

trump's justification for ending our participation in the agreement amounts to a pack of lies as detailed here.

Long story short, trump's petulance in tearing up a long negotiated, multi-nation agreement with Iran and subsequent failure to reach a new one is what caused Israel's destruction of Iran's nuclear development capabilities. Heightening already tense relations between Israel and Iran.
TO what was Iran's stated goal of ANNHILATION OF ISRAEL-----"heightened"? (perhaps an
in with allah to send all the zionists to JAHANAAM???)

Iran has been developing intercontinental ballistic missilea for years. They want nukes to use them.

the difference is that the muslim terrorists would use them if they had them. Are you really as naive as you seem to be?
Do you doubt there are extremist elements in Israel who would do the same?

Putting your unsubstantiated assumption aside, keeping nukes out of the hands of Iran is why so much effort was put in to the JCPOA by the US and other nations. An agreement that was working until Dotard blew it up.

Iran can’t be trusted in negotiationing in good faith. Israel has done what they needed to do.

Did you notice there has been an exchange of rocket fire between Iran and Israel since Thursday?

It has been acknowledged that Iran was advancing its nuclear weapon capabilities in recent years. But not until after Dotard withdrew from the JCPOA.

As I said, Israel was forced to act by virtue of trump's shortsighted idiocy.

I fear it may be too late to stop the crazy mullahs from going nuclear

But have to keep trying

The JCPOA was obviously a joke. Israel has been planning this for a long time. Way before those idiots Obama and Kerry cut a deal with these savages. If it was a good deal the Israelis and the Arab countries would have liked it, but they were all against it. What does that tell you?

Six years after former President Donald Trump’s withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal, the disastrous consequences of this decision are still adding up.

In addition to Iran being closer than ever to a nuclear weapons capability, now we must consider how the declining security situation in the Middle East has raised the stakes significantly. Trump promised a “better deal” but instead we got an increasingly costly blunder that may be impossible to fix.

To fully understand the enormity of Trump’s decision to leave the Iran deal, consider this: When the U.S. and Iran were complying with the deal, it was estimated that it would take Iran about one year to produce enough fissile material (in this case, weapons grade uranium) for a nuclear bomb (known as the “breakout” time). The states negotiating with Iran (the United States, Russia, China, Great Britain, France, and Germany) assessed that this would be enough time to respond to possible violations and prevent Iran from producing a bomb. Even if Iran were to acquire sufficient fissile material, it could still take another year for Iran to make a deliverable nuclear weapon. As of May, 2018, the deal was working and considered (by most) to be a great success.

Then President Trump unilaterally left the deal, calling it a “horrible one-sided deal that should have never, ever been made.” And now we are in a much worse place. Iran says it has no intent to produce nuclear weapons and U.S. intelligence sees no current efforts by Tehran to weaponize, yet Tehran is believed to be not one year but just weeks from being able to produce enough fissile material for a bomb if it chooses to do so.

Killing the Iran nuclear deal was one of Trump's biggest failures

The iran nuclear deal was a joke

They were playing obama and the dems for fools

Speculation on my part here, but I think it's possible Dotard gave Israel the green light to attack Iran's nuclear program facilities in recognition of the fact he is responsible for Iran being on the cusp of developing a nuclear bomb due to his idiocy in withdrawing from the JCPOA.

Yes, that's what defenders of all things trump keep saying in a desperate attempt to cover for trump's reckless decision.

Wrong. It was working. Not perfectly but working

Emphasis on WAS

Trump stupidly killed it.
They will never admit to that reality. Because it makes Dotard responsible for current events. And them by extension.

They mullahs were not allowing inspections while receiving pallets of American dollars flown in by obama on the advice of persian sympathizer valery jarrett
