We are led to believe that the entire country is racist, EXCEPT at the Federal level

That is why local law enforcement is portrayed as racist, but the FBI, CIA, etc. who chase Trump Russian spies all day are not.

They essentially just target blue collar workers and not the rich elite at the Federal level like Comey who made millions on our dime.
