Watch! Leftists Go Into Deep Mourning Over Supreme Court Hearing Trump Immunity Appeal

Is a campaign rally illegal? Almost all politicians have them and most lie to their constituents. Should they be prosecuted for election interference?

.
Answer my question please. Is a campaign rally, a presidential duty?

The correct answer is NO! OF COURSE NOT!

No, but a Presidential duty is to protect and preserve our country. Fighting for free and fair elections is paramount to the integrity if not survival of our country. Looking back, it's obvious that the 2020 election was fraught with fraud, so protests were in line. MAGA
Fraud you can not produce, yeah, sure!

And NO, absolutely not, a campaign rally nor a campaign protest, or an election protest, is NOT a presidential duty.

Was it really a campaign rally, the election had been concluded. It couldn't have been a 2024 campaign rally, he hadn't announced at that point in time. That would just make it a presidential speech. Would that be a presidential duty.

Morons. He has 91 felony counts. It doesn't matter if he has one case delayed. He's got plenty. The NY case is starting near the end of March, maybe the Florida case goes next or maybe even the Georgia Rico case can fit in there if Cannons case gets bumped. We're still Gucci and beyond all that he isn't getting re-elected. We have all the time in the world to watch Trump get convicted and sent to prison.

If they rule against immunity the Left will say well done. If they reject it, the Left will say the court is illegitimate. They are doing their damndest to tear the country apart at the seams.
Trump is not immune nor is any president. So if they decide he is, the rule of law is done. So yes, the court will be illegitimate.

Mourning?

No outrage…

Taking months to arrive at a decision we all know they’ll make … that there is no Presidential immunity

When they could have refused to take the case

IM2, are you implying the conservative Supreme Court judges Trump appointed were all both partisan and incompetent?
You posted, “...So if they decide he is, the rule of law is done So yes, the court will be illegitimate”? Respectfully, Supposn

Esdraelon, most of those on the left of our nation's political spectrum continue respecting the U.S. Supreme Court. They prefer to believe Justice Clarence Thomas is an aberration and all other Supreme Court justices will strive to uphold their oaths of office.

(I expect them to consider the issue in a narrow fashion applicable to just the circumstances of Trump's case. I also expect the Supreme Court to rule contrary to Trump's contention of absolute presidential immunity.
The U.S. president is subject to our Constitution, and to some extents is overseen by our courts and our Congress. Our nation, (even Republicans should and hopefully Trump-Republicans will), accept however the court rules. Respectfully, Supposn

I told you the Trump SCOTUS would bitch slap these lawless Democrats.
You funny.
All the SCOTUS' announcement means is that by waiting until late April to shoot down Trump's hopeless immunity claim they have guaranteed that Trump will still be sitting in a courtroom somewhere on election day in November.
And beginning months before that, from July to election day it's going to be a constant, unrelenting drip, drip, drip of news of courtroom details from Trump's trial(s).
ALL SUMMER LONG!
And then into fall.
All the evidence of his crimes...in public....every day....in everybody's faces as they go to the polls to vote.
Perfect!
I honestly can't see what everybody is crowing about on this thread.
This announcement that The SCOTUS is going to wait so long to deny Trump immunity is actually DEVASTATING to his election plans.
Just wait and see.

Wokists are not worrying about the findings, which will be no immunity for Don.

They are afraid the trials won't happen because of the delays.

So you got your law degree at the same law school as Rachel Maddow. Cool.

All those counts are misdemeanors illegally bootstrapped into felonies to avoid the statute of limitations. Those cases already have been refused prosecution by other prosecutors. The kindest description of James’ attempt at prosecution is that it is novel and unheard of, the harshest is that it is illegal.
