He is the current superintendent of the United States military Academy. (A.k.a. army)

They showed him on the sidelines along with cadets leading cheers and doing push-ups dressed in battle dress uniform.

He was described by the commentators as one of the most impressive man they have ever met. And I believe it. He looks very impressive. He seems to be a very impressive man.

Oh yeah,

He also happens to be the first African-American superintendent of the United States Military Academy.
