There are articles that suggest there are people in the country who do not possess the required documents to prove their citizenship. It's for those people I would say we need to help get their identity shored up.

Their pamphlets are basically, VOTE BLUE NO MATTER WHO.If that were the case, why are they spending hundreds of thousands of dollars preparing and distributing voter guides and pamphlets with information about candidates and referendums.
