Voting rights advocates say Trump's executive order requiring proof of citizenship 'could block millions from voting'. Isn't that the point?

So, this is what I'm talking about. People are citizens...but don't have the documentation to prove their citizenship or to get a BC. My point was, we can have people out there to help them acquire this documentation, get them a BC, then we can have the voter ID.

We are going to the same place, I'm just trying to make sure ALL citizens are afforded the opportunity to vote and not be denied.
Kinda amazing I referenced your source before you provided it, eh?

Their pamphlets are basically, VOTE BLUE NO MATTER WHO.
Almost everything in voter guides or pamphlet comes from the candidates or from legislators who support or oppose resolutions and petitions on the ballot.

Apparently you have never bothered to read one.

Can EVERYONE get that? I mean, I'm seeing stories that say their are millions of US born people who lack the proper documentation to prove citizenship. You are saying these people don't exist?
The stories you're seeing are lies pushed by people who don't want our elections secure because they want to cheat in them.

I don't rely on what politicians say. I watch what they do. Very often the two are at odds.

You're mistaking my wanting to make sure everyone can vote, with not wanting voters id. Stop doing that and listen to what I say. I want voters ID, but I want to make sure everyone who is constitutionally eligible to vote gets to do so.

They can. Not one single American citizen can not obtain proof of citizenship.
.there are various articles saying they can't. All I'm asking for is to make sure no legit citizens are left out. I'm not asking for any impediment to voter ID, all I'm asking for us to make sure that nobody who is a citizen gets denied the vote.

I guess I don't see why this is a hang up for some people.

If you claim you are a citizen, and therefore have the right to vote, burden of proof lies with you.

What if they don't have the means or the know how to navigate our complex systems to acquire the necessary documentation to gain the proof of citizenship?
