"Good" when i can, "lesser evil" when i cant.

No politician was ever qualified for sainthood except maybe Lincoln and that was a deliberate exaggeration. As long as you use the word "evil" you are never going to be satisfied that you voted for the right candidate. Issues might be a better consideration. Vote for the candidate that represents the party that would support your personal values. If you made a mistake the Founding Fathers created a system that allows you to try it over again in a couple of years.
