(My) Faith is strong although my body is somewhat WEAK.

Day hikes are an enjoyable form of exercise and ENTERTAINMENT.

Interesting conversation is one of life's SPICES.

Spices run the gamut from the basics like peppercorns and garlic to the exotic like black cardamom and SAFFRON .

Saffron is not only a well-loved spice, but it's a beautiful FLOWER.
