WI, MI, PA, GA funny how math and statistics show Dem fraud only in those key battle ground states. Science says Dems cheated. Tissue?
Pure unadulterated bullshit

Were that true, then Trump would have won at least SOME o the court cases they filed.

Nope

That would be like Trump running against Castro in Cuba or the communists in the former USSR.

It would be impossible to win anything.

The Constitution decides, and DC cannot become a State.
That's both true and false

"DC" as in the buildings that make up the seat of government can not become a state....but the area that makes up that grouping of building is only mandated as not LARGER than 10 sq miles. The original 10 sq miles has already been reduced and can be again.

The newly "excised" area CAN become a state. One that would have a population larger than Wyoming

And the remaining "seat of government" would still have 3 electoral votes as per the 23rd Amendment. This would just add more electoral votes to the Democrat total.

just an attempt to increase their foothold in Congress.

IF both areas become states, Democrats would hope to increase the Senate by 4, and the House by either 2 to 4, depending on how many seats DC be allowed.

DC would probably only get one Congressional Seat, because that's what states of the same size get.

PR might be different. They are between Utah and Iowa, both of which have four seats in Congress.

Here's the real problem. If Congress reflected the population at large, Democrats would have convincing majorities in the House and Senate.

Of course they would.

New York City--- 50 House members

Los Angeles---50 House members

Chicago---50 House members.

North and South Dakota--share a House member

Utah and Kansas---share a House member.

Wyoming and Nebraska---share a House member.

Sounds REAL fair.

There wasn't enough time to investigate and bring the evidence but of course Dems know this that's why they cheated. :talk2hand:

There was plenty of time. NONE of those court cases were under time constraints.

The land Belongs to Maryland, Maryland gets it back, those people get the votes they want, and Dems don't get their 2 senator reward for a naked power grab.

Please stop pretending this isn't simply about 2 guaranteed Dem senate positions.

Sounds REAL fair.

Actually, it does sound fair.

IF that's where people actually lived.

So frankly, let's get rid of the Senate and just have a house with proportional representation.

The danger of what? Letting people vote and giving Americans representation?

Wow. That's really fucking dangerous.

Here's the thing, dummy. If your whole political philosophy is contingent on keeping "Those people" from voting (and that's REALLY what we are talking about here) then that kind of flies in the face of everything you think this country stands for.
Here's the thing Joe. None of the citizens want to leave because of all the Federal Money there. The Feds vote in billions for the city every year. Other cities are more on their own.

Sorry, 5-6 states deciding what is best for the other 40+ isn't my idea of a democracy.

That would be a problem as it would renege on the deal made at the Constitutional convention.

If this were to pass then people in states that want to join others must be subdued and a movement to start new states from what they were part of. So Western Washington St. and Western Oregon or the counties away from the coast become two brand new states. Northern California and other areas away from the coast become new states. $ new Prog judges.....When the time comes...6 new Repub judges. Civility has gotten Repubs nada. And combined with not keeping some promises the United states is on the verge of becoming something that will not be nice to all of the people.

That is 10 miles square which is 10x 10 miles or 100 sq miles

Republicans can win cities
They just have to convince residents that their lives will be better under Republican governorship.

I doubt that they would ever be able to do that. Suppose, for a second, that in 2024, Donald Trump promises increases in welfare and other giveaways for the huge, failed, supercities? All the things that libs have promised for years. Do you really think that DC and NYC and LA would go for The Donald? I doubt it, but maybe I'm wrong.

Why don’t they run in cities as a REPUBLICAN?

Bring in JOBS, good paying JOBS
Clean up the neighborhoods
Fight crime

Why?
Because they really don’t give a shit.
