Trump, our great POTUS made the point that well under 1% of Americans have died of COVID-19. Course the left got their panties in a bunch.
Trump is right, it appears most people don't have symptoms. 44 of every one million Americans have died of COVID, that's 0.004% of the population.
There's another way to look at it too, which is the number of tests divided by number of deaths. The USA currently stands at 0.67%.
There is also another way to look at it. 93% of Americans socially distanced, stayed clean, with many wearing masks!
Those that do that are Patriots and owe a round of thanx to each other.
THANK YOU!
The survival rate for this virus is 98%.....the press knew this at the beginning.....but they didn't state that, they gave the 1-2 million dead Americans number....in order to create fear, panic and hysteria, to get Trump.....and to bring about a Great Recession..........so they could inflict their left wing agenda on a scared to death population....
Social distancing does not cover the change from 1-2 million projected deaths from a virus that we were told is more virulent than the seasonal flu, with no immunity, and no vaccine...with people going to the same food stores, and people still going out and interacting in large numbers......
No, social distancing didn't do this....the 98% chance of surviving did this....and the press knew that number and hid it.
Again Stupid --- NOBODY KNOWS what the survival rate is. What do you have, a fucking crystal ball?
No, you shitstain.......they said 1-2 million people would die and shut down the fucking economy......now, after that, they now say they project 60,415 dead....just like the fucking flu.......that we told morons like you it would likely be....given that the chance of survival, if you get infected....is 98%....you doofus.
I just told you it's impossible to calculate that number while it's in progress but I also recognize that you're too goddam stupid to understand it and if you did you'd just lie about it so basically fuck off.
This Wuhanvirus shit is still shaking out, so I agree that no definitive conclusions can be confidently arrived at yet.
As I keep pointing out it was only a week or so ago that we had more Recovered than Dead. Did that mean we had a "mortality rate" of 70% which has magically drastically reduced itself? No, it meant we didn't know what that rate was and still don't, because we CAN'T until the dust settles and the numbers quit moving.
Effects of the Wuhanvirus are highly dynamic, changing weekly.
No way at the current juncture do we have anything akin to a predictive baseline.
It's all mostly hypothetical.
