If the 9th were to vacate the election, this would be precedent setting and would end up in the Supreme Court, who would be unable to duck it and would finally have to deal with the national crisis of election fraud by democrats.

Remedy - what is the cure? The court will NOT overturn an election two years ago. Potentially, given a legitimate justice department - which we don't have - prosecution of those who tampered with the election - including judges in Pennsylvania are a possible remedy. Once Biden was sworn in, there was no chance that the election would be overturned.

With the Arizona fiasco, Hobbs has not been sworn in and the court very well could overturn the election. IF the Reich can delay a ruling until January, after Hobbs is sworn in, that too will be off the table. What relief is the plaintiff seeking?

The court will not declare Lake the winner, but they could require a new election, in which case the Lt. Governor will rule until the special election is held.

The court has a momentous task. America has no faith in elections - for obvious reasons. If we continue to ignore outright fraud, then our system will collapse, which is the goal of the democrats.
