“Finally, Kari Lake will get a venue made up of non-liberals who will expose fraud! Conservatives cheered while Kari Lake lost case after case and finally brought their case to the conservative Arizona Supreme Court.
And what did they get? A single claim that was barely alive, while 6 claims were dismissed! It’s like getting a single slice of pizza when you’re starving and expecting a full meal. But hey, at least they can pretend that it’s a good thing that the court whose 7 judges were appointed by a Republican governor left 1/7 claims alive!
And to make things worse for Republicans, the case goes back to the lower court which will examine if the number of mismatched signatures would have affected the outcome of the race. This expert says Lake’s remaining case is basically dead in the water.

"This is really giving Kari Lake every benefit of the doubt, to be able to go back at this stage and try to fortify this challenge with facts," Kokanovich said. "But the Maricopa County Recorder's Office will also be able to put on evidence about how they did follow the policies. We'll see what the evidence says, but coming up with the number of votes to actually impact the governor's race strains credulity at this point."
