Arizona appeals court rejects Kari Lake's challenge of election loss to Gov. Katie Hobbs

An Arizona appeals court has rejected Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake's challenge of her November loss to Democrat Katie Hobbs.

It is the second court ruling to find no evidence to support Lake's claims that she won and affirm Hobbs defeated the former television news anchor. Hobbs won by 17,117 votes, less than one percentage point, a margin Lake has continued to challenge in court and during appearances across the country.

"Lake’s arguments highlight Election Day difficulties, but her request for relief fails because the evidence presented to the superior court ultimately supports the court’s conclusion that voters were able to cast their ballots, that votes were counted correctly, and that no other basis justifies setting aside the election results," the appellate opinion written by Chief Judge Kent E. Cattani reads. Presiding Judge Maria Elena Cruz and Judge Peter B. Swann joined in the opinion.

her lawyers are in more trouble.

There once was a woman from Iowa
Who claimed her tribe was the Kiowa
When she said that to one of their race
He took a flamethrower to her face
That most unfortunate woman from Iowa

Wow. The Illuminati conspiracy to rob Republicans is bigger than i thought. Every court that has heard Lake is part of it

Right ir wrong, true or not, NO Judge is going to overturn an election at this point, this long after an election ... especially a liberally appointed judge.

Crybaby Loser loses AGAIN
Her claims were found groundless

The evidence presented to the superior court ultimately supports the court’s conclusion that voters were able to cast their ballots, that votes were counted correctly, and that no other basis justifies setting aside the election results,” Judge Kent Cattani wrote, in affirming that Gov. Katie Hobbs is, in fact, GOV. Katie Hobbs.

Based on available evidence, why should he?
There is no evidence showing the election would go in Crybaby Losers favor
