It doesn’t beg the question. Whether Trump declassified them is irrelevant to the subpoena. He was legally obligated to comply with the subpoena and didn’t.
I understand that he defied a subpoena, the question is, if he was able to declassify information, should there have even been a sunpoena?
Nope. Trump is complaining that the investigation and prosecution of him was something so egregious that he deserves compensation. Biden’s case has zero to do with that.
I understand that bidens case has zero to do with trumps $230M claims, but we were talking about lawfare and how biden was not charged with his wilful retention and disclosure of classified material.
