Trump Stated 6 days ago "when the Iran war ends, Oil and gasoline prices will come crashing down!" One more lie, or simply misinformed incompetency?

Who do you think is going to sell a nuke to Iran? Would you sell the IRGC a nuke if you were Pakistan? Knowing that you'd be held responsible if Iran used it? Pakistan's not stupid.

Neither is Tehran. What is Trump going to do if Iran buys a nuclear warhead from North Korea?

Send Kim another love letter?

Iran needs the money from the oil sales just to keep their country from going down the toilet. They need it to keep the general population from revolting. They're dead broke. The reconstruction money would be used for projects that the US authorized...did you miss that part of the agreement? We're making sure it's spent on the things it should be.
I hope you are not advising Trump. Those right now who do are terrible, and your worse.

Trump has never stood at a gas pump and filled his own tank. He's never stood in line at a grocery store and paid for his own groceries.

If something does not affect the sociopath personally, he is completely ignorant on the topic, and just makes shit up.

We have had many oil spikes over the past few decades. And afterwards, it always takes a while for gas prices to renormalize.

After the 2008 oil spike, it took a long time for gas prices to come back down. So long that the public and Congress began claiming the oil companies were deliberately slow-walking price and were gouging the public.

But the gas at the pump today was bought months ago with oil futures when oil was high. The oil bought today won't show up at the pump for a while. And oil still has not returned to where it was at the beginning of the year.

Oil is still 33% higher than it was in January.

It was $2.71 in Florida before the Epstein Diversion War.

Sucker.
I paid $3.06 yesterday

And the price is still going down

Have you added up how much extra cash you paid during this war for gas, groceries, and utilities? Have you calculated how much you've lost through Trumpflation?

Of course you haven't.

And we're still nowhere near Trump's promise to bring all of those down.

Hell, we are still nowhere near the starting point where we were in January 2025!

Sucker.

Still nearly a full dollar per gallon away from the gas prices in Florida in January!

I am willing to pay more for gas if it benefits America in the long run

Libs cant think ahead past next Tuesday

Four months now. Everyone has been paying extra cash out the ass just to keep their attention off the Epstein PedoFiles and Trump's 35,000 mentions in them.

Suckers.

6 days ago, Trump stated:

Here is the reality of the issue:

Even if the Iran war ended today, US fuel prices aren’t likely to normalize this year

Sorry, US drivers, but don’t expect pump prices to return to prewar levels any time soon, even if the US and Iran agree to a lasting peace deal tomorrow.

As the war with Iran enters its third month, drivers have become infuriated by rising gas prices – and inflation – and Donald Trump is facing a historic backlash in the polls. The president promised recently that relief will be swift once the war ends. “I see it going down very substantially when this is over, I think very rapidly too, at levels that you’ve never seen,” he said.

Experts say it’s not that simple. As the saying goes, gas prices shoot up like a rocket and come down like a feather.

Should peace be declared, prices could fall on a kneejerk move, but it will take several months – maybe years – for prices to retreat to previous levels of about $3 a gallon nationally because checking potentially damaged energy infrastructure in the Middle East and unsnarling supply chains takes time, say energy experts.

Just in case you doubt that article, here are other links that say the same thing:

Here's Why Oil Prices May Remain High Even If the Iran War Ends

Five reasons oil prices won't snap back from Iran war

Trump said they would even go lower than they were before (below $1.83) all of this started:

Is this a bald-faced lie or simply a lack of knowledge (incompetence)?

Trump's promise that we would have affordability this year, has gone out the window

So you are claiming that the Iran war has ended ?

Also "falling'" does not necesssarily equal "return to prewar levels"

I dont share that opinion
Because you aren’t objective.

We could have had a diplomatic solution to this without warfare and the consequences, but Trump couldn’t do it.

No, because you are completely partisan and I am not
