The massive costs of converting and building infrastructure we do not even talk about. It is in everything. The corruption is huge. I do not. And disabled are just not veterans. There are millions of people who have cheated the system. The costs are massive. A hundred dollar night at a motel has ten dollars for the disabled easily. Every building has massive costs for it. Older buildings are expensive as hell to retrofit. You just whitewash everything and there are costs for it. Our system is built on people playing the system to get "paid". I say to all employees. Do the work as the worst employee who cannot be fired. And many are as the costs to build infrastructure is enormous now. The corruption is so massive. In the 1980'sit cost the city of Philadelphia over 80 million dollars to replace pavements that went into the streets as to lower it for wheelchairs. Today it may cost a billion dollars. It was estimate that six people a day were using wheelchairs to use those pavement squares redone. You have no idea of the costs.
