It fell apart because Trump pulled the U.S. out and reimposed sanctions
Only because he did not want Obama to get the credit

Why couldn't France, Germany, and the UK hold the deal together WITHOUT the US? Surely their TDS is strong enough to keep Iran in check....

Trump, once again, is proving to be an inept Commander in Chief
Țrump assumes that as Commander in Chief he can just do what he wants
A real Commander in Chief would have convinced the people why military action in Iran was necessary
Would have gotten the approval of Congress
Would have consulted our allies who would be affected by this war
But Trump just ignores the advice of others and does what he pleases. Then demands that others bail him out
Get me out of this!

All world leaders know that Donald Trump is a man-child who can be bought with flattery, trinkets and greasing his palm. They also know Trump as TACO when his outlandish proposals blow up the market.
That's not the same as encouraging Iran. Trump screwed up Tertia Optio by attacking Iran instead of increasing efforts to topple the government from the inside. Why would he do something so stupid and contrary to what Tulsi and General Caine adivised? Two words: Epstein Files.
The Iranians know they have Trump over an oil barrel and they'll hold out until they get what they want or until Trump nukes Tehran and invades the country.

Had we not attacked them eventually they would have launched a massive attack with possibly twice as many missiles as they had at the start of this.
Israel is not stupid. They knew they had to hit first, and we knew they would hit everything in the entire region without a massive first strike
