We were paying 4.30 a gallon under Joe Bidumb because he declared war on oil fossil fuels. I'm good paying 4.30 a gallon for awhile to rid the world of the Iranian Regime.

Fine. Tell me why our refineries do not produce fuels from sweet crude. Fracked crude produces sweet crude same as in Iran. Sweet crude produces more gasoline per barrel than dirty crude does. TX is building a massive refinery to produce gasoline and diesel from sweet Crude. Do you believe that will have an impact on prices?

I do know this, if the price of gas/jet fuel gets too low, oil companies don't just keep refining the products...they cut back on production to keep the prices high and stay profitable. Anyone who grew up in Texas like I did knows how the oil patch works.

If the refinery that is supposedly being built is going to be owned by a private enterprise, they are going to do the same thing.
