Trump loses again.

And the fascist Trump regime will ignore this and other rulings consistent with its contempt for the rule of law.
Contempt for the rule of law started when these criminals entered our country illegally.
Contempt for the rule of law continues when lawless Leftist defend and justify the criminal actions of those law breaking illegal aliens here.

Wrong.

Trump’s immigration policy is motivated by racism, bigotry, and hate – having nothing to do with enforcing immigration law; indeed, Trump is in violation of immigration law and the rule of law.
You are the one who knows nothing about the law or immigration policy.
But then like most Leftists you are a criminal for the most part as well as the criminals you defend.

What percentage of asylum seekers are legitimate asylum seekers? Do you have that number?
I want to know what percentage of illegal immigrants were actually incarcerated in their home country for violent crimes and when Biden flung the border wide open other countries figured out it was much cheaper to have America deal with their violent criminals and these countries put them all in the next migrant caravan. I think Biden's puppeteers knew this was happening and still went ahead with their open border policy. I don't think Biden even had a clue because he was already cognitively debilitated.

What are they going to do?.... they don't have a police force or an army... national security should take precedent...

Wait, wut?

How can this be, the left has been telling us Trump is a dictator, a fascist, and that we are in a constitutional crises forever now.

How on Earth can he lose?

I have no doubt some on the board have accused Generalissimo trump of being a fascist. I characterize him as being a wannabe authoritarian, and there is plenty of evidence to back that up. As for the constitutional crisis, they continue to defy rulings by courts on multiple levels including the SCOTUS.

For nearly two months, the Trump administration has taken an aggressive stance in the case of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, a Maryland man who was wrongfully deported to a prison in El Salvador in March.

Several administration officials — including a former Justice Department lawyer assigned to the case — have openly acknowledged that Mr. Abrego Garcia was flown to El Salvador despite a court order forbidding him from being sent there. But President Trump and some of his top aides have repeatedly insisted that he will not be coming back to the United States.

On Friday, a lawyer for the Justice Department made a new assertion, telling the judge overseeing the case that while Mr. Abrego Garcia’s expulsion was in fact an error, it was neither illegal nor an example of government misconduct.

“Not to split hairs with your honor, but he was removed lawfully,” the lawyer, Jonathan Guynn, said at a hearing in Federal District Court in Maryland.

What percentage of asylum seekers are legitimate asylum seekers? Do you have that number?
Only asylum seekers were suppose to be let in, the others turned down at the border and deported back, with few exceptions.

Every 'encounter' at the border was supposedly held in detention until Border Agents screened and interviewed them....those who met the border patrols asylum seeker criteria were let in with a court date for their hearing on asylum by a judge. Those who did not meet the asylum requirements were deported back with a few exceptions...like kids unaccompanied by an adult were let in...

Not quite but almost 50% encountered, were not accepted in and were deported immediately.

But immigrants accused of violating the law must be afforded their comprehensive right to due process whether alleged gang member or asylum seeker.

Exactly.
5 minutes should be enough.

How be we give Donald Trump 5 minutes of due process of his crimes. We all watched him commit them every day on television, and yet he was given YEARS to fight his charges.

I'm not interested in whether Trump has a case. That wasn't the point of this ruling. If the SCOTUS remands a case, it hasn't ruled on the merits, it is asking a lower court to make a ruling first. The injunction is only in place to grant the plaintiffs a chance to be heard again by the lower court.
It's obvious from this ruling that Trump has NO CHANCE if this case goes back to the Supreme Court.

Trump is too lawless and extreme, even for this ultra right-wing Supreme Court. Time for you pathetic MAGAts to face reality for once in your miserable lives.

In some circumstances, national security concerns can lead to courts deferring to the executive branch's decisions, effectively limiting the court's ability to fully review certain actions or information. This deference is often justified by the belief that foreign affairs and national security decisions are best left to the political branches of government. However, courts also acknowledge their institutional role in ensuring judicial control over evidence and protecting individual rights, and they generally strive to balance national security concerns with the need for judicial review
And this is one of the cases where that is not true.

The Supreme Court told Trump yesterday -- quit being a racist pussy scared of brown people.

If Trump was to defy the SCOTUS then we would have the constitutional crisis people have been warning of.
The SCOTUS' role (as specified in the constitution) is to serve as a coequal check and balance on rhe President.
If the POTUS refuses to accept or aknowledge SCOTUS' role in checking and balancing his power then he will be basically wiping his ass with the very constitution he swore he would uphold and defend.
At that point, after he has violated his oath of office he would need to be impeached.
That would be up to Congress, the other coequal check and balance on his aurhority.

In a 7-2 decision SCOTUS has shut down certain abilities for Trump to deport people. Trump loses again. You see, people need to understand that just because Trump announces something, it doesn't mean he has done something.

Supreme Court blocks Trump from restarting Alien Enemies Act deportations

The Supreme Court on Friday blocked President Donald Trump from moving forward with deportations under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act for a group of immigrants in northern Texas, siding with Venezuelans who feared they were poised for imminent removal under the sweeping wartime authority.

The decision is a significant loss for Trump, who wants to use the law to speed deportations – and avoid the kind of review normally required before removing people from the country. But the decision is also temporary and the underlying legal fight over the president’s invocation has continued simultaneously in multiple federal courts across the country.

Ten minutes? Try two. Question one: Are you in danger from your government? If no, immediate deportation. Question two: did you apply for asylum at the border? If no, immediate deportation. Question three: Did you enter the USA at an official border checkpoint? If no, immediate deportation. Question four: Have you ever committed a crime in either your home country or the USA? If yes, immediate deportation. If the illegal passes all four questions, expedite the normal green card process with the caveat that any law breaking will result in immediate deportation.

Did you work without having taxes withheld?
Did you have taxes withheld under a stolen Social Security number?

Illegal aliens, 5 minutes.
They are excellent people though, right?
Which Canadian border crossing should we send them through?

It’s about societal decay and degradation caused by undesirable illiterate parasites from our south. You can call such a scary truth racism…I embrace that word like all sane people do.
Actually it's the undesireable, illiterate, parasitic, white-cracker trash in the red southern states that we need to import this super race (Latinos) to replace.

Any of them. Most of them would rather be here than in your country. We took in over 1.5 million last year, and the year before that. The goal, in total, is 4.5 million immigrants. Given our population, that would be like you taking in 45 million immigrants over 3 years.

We have to slow down because its exacerbated the housing crisis which was already a problem because we stopped construction during the pandemic. 2 years with no new housing. It was a huge issue in the last election.
