Trump loses again.

The scotus said it was lawful and the illegals simply needed time to file a Petention for HC. Why you lie?

Where did the SCOTUS rule it was lawful on the merits?

They said action could continue * * IF * * individuals were awared due process to challenge the act and their inclusion within the group defined in the proclamation.

They DID NOT rule that it was lawful, they ONLY ruled on the TRO and then remained action backs to the lower court to develop case history.

Why you lie?

And because the administration wasn't following their previous order the SCOTUS just enjoined the Administration from proceeding with any more transfers until they can review the merits.

Not half as funny as you think it is.

Biden was actually deporting people.

He deported so many illegal aliens, that we had 15 million more of them after he left office.

Splitting up families, grabbing people off the street.

It's awful when criminals are caught and separated from their families.

Where is the evidence of that? Here is the House Budget Committee Report. It says 8 million encounters, of which 3.7 million were immmediated deported. There 1.7 million "gotaways". That's nowhere near number you claim.

Try dealing with real numbers instead of the lies you are repeatedly regurgitating here because you have no idea what you're talking about, and you prove it daily.

The case was not lost. It was sent back down to the Circuit Court.

It does seem clear that the SCOTUS s operating on the belief that the “due process” right to be heard (including an implication of a right to review immigration lower Article III court decisions) applies to even illegal aliens.

The ultimate question is likely to eventuallly become: what “process” does an illegal alien have a “right” to?

The answer to that question may displease both sides.
Thanks, some balance should apply in regards to how we deal with immigration.
its a mess & needs an honest look at how we deal with it.

Your link doesn’t say that the court said it was unlawful

So…it’s lawful

Agreed, I need evidence xiden actually deported people

Only asylum seekers were suppose to be let in, the others turned down at the border and deported back, with few exceptions.

Every 'encounter' at the border was supposedly held in detention until Border Agents screened and interviewed them....those who met the border patrols asylum seeker criteria were let in with a court date for their hearing on asylum by a judge. Those who did not meet the asylum requirements were deported back with a few exceptions...like kids unaccompanied by an adult were let in...

Not quite but almost 50% encountered, were not accepted in and were deported immediately.
Under Biden a simple declaration requesting asylum was enough without any supporting evidence to grant temporary asylum while the applicant was released to disappear into American society never to surface again.

actually under xiden he simply gave illegals TPS, and flooded areas with them to get more people counted for the census

Any of them. Most of them would rather be here than in your country. We took in over 1.5 million last year, and the year before that. The goal, in total, is 4.5 million immigrants. Given our population, that would be like you taking in 45 million immigrants over 3 years.

We have to slow down because its exacerbated the housing crisis which was already a problem because we stopped construction during the pandemic. 2 years with no new housing. It was a huge issue in the last election.

You don’t have a flood of ignorant, uneducated peasants walking across your border. Like the three plus million LEGAL immigrants the USA accepts every year, your immigrants apply, pass background checks and then pay to fly to Canada. Perhaps we should pass ten percent of the illegal aliens entering the USA on to Canada; then wait to listen to your screams for us to stop.

US immigration authorities last year deported the largest number of undocumented immigrants in nearly a decade, surpassing the record of Donald Trump's first term in office.

More than 271,000 immigrants were deported from the US over the last fiscal year, according to a report released by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency on Thursday.

The ICE report comes just weeks before President-elect Trump, who plans to make mass deportation a cornerstone of his incoming administration, takes office.

President Joe Biden in 2021 had pledged to pause deportations, but his administration ended up expanding it following a surge in border crossings.

Deportations by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement soared to a 10-year high in fiscal year 2024 under the Biden administration, surpassing the Trump-era high recorded in 2019, according to a government report released Thursday.

ICE deported more than 271,000 unauthorized immigrants in fiscal year 2024, the highest tally recorded by the agency since fiscal year 2014, when the Obama administration carried out 316,000 deportations. In fiscal year 2019, ICE reported 267,000 deportations, the peak under the Trump administration. Fiscal years start in October and end in September.

While the incoming Trump administration has vowed to launch the largest deportation effort in American history next year, the statistics released by ICE show the Biden administration has already overseen a dramatic increase in deportations in its final year in office.

Trump Immigrant Removals Now 10 Percent Below Biden’s Record

Published Mar 25, 2025

The Trump administration continues to conceal its actual record of enforcement actions. While initially daily numbers of ICE arrests were posted on social media, this practice stopped when arrest numbers began to fall.[1] As to Trump’s promised campaign of the mass removal of immigrants, to date no daily figures appear to have ever been released of the actual number of removals carried out by this administration.

The Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) published a report a month ago based on its analysis of figures that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had been publishing semi-monthly without fanfare for a number of years. ICE was and is currently required to publish these figures under provisions of the annual Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Acts Congress has passed. At the time of TRAC’s last report, the latest semi-monthly report published on February 14 contained figures current as of February 8, 2025. TRAC’s last report therefore tracked only the initial days of the new administration. Our report’s findings were titled: “Little Empirical Evidence That Arrests and Removals Are Higher Under Trump.”

Thanks for the link.
I didn't see anything about 3.7 million immediately deported.
And what about the ones they flew in directly from overseas?

Geez you stupid dembot the issue is amount of illegals he allowed in

They didn’t rule that he can’t continue to enforce the law

What they did say is that in that one case they needed to give the deported illegal a little more time to have a chance to file a petention

See the issue here is that yoj have not actually read the opinions and simply repeat what folks like Jack trapper tell you they say

This is why you’ve been made a fool on this thread

You don't have that ability.
The SCOTUS is loaded at 6-3 Conservative.

Yet somehow, you want them to 'pound sand'
WHY?
You mix up conservative with nominated and voted to the court by Republicans. Only a people with ulterior motives would have candidates at that level that middle of the road and even to the left. We see that. Progs candidates are always to the left of left.

Geez you stupid dembot the issue is amount of illegals he allowed in

those that seek asylum go thru a process & are weeded out at the start. the rest are deported. those temps are allowed in & stay for far too long but that has been the laws on the books for far longer than dark brandon's term. or obama's. guess who voted against immigration reform just a short while ago that would have put more immigration judges & adjudication officers right there AT THE BORDER. not to mention more border control officers.

uh-huh. things coulda & woulda started changing, but yer chosen one didn't want to give biden a win. & i ain't a (D), you MAGAt.

You have no knowledge of what people are coming to your border, you simply make assumptions.

The only people who are making this trek, are those who believe they have the resources to survive it, and a lot of them drop out along the way. Only the most resourceful and determine are going to get to the USA in the first place.

Uneducated peasants wouldn't know where or how to begin. Many of these people were middle class business owners who were targetted by the gangs, and ran because their governments could/would not protect them, or their families.

As for the immigrants who arrived during the Biden Administration, even the Wall Street Journal crediited the success of the US economy post covid, to the arrival of immigrants in the USA to fill the millions of jobs you have open and cannot fill.
