They didn't permanently strike down anything. They remanded the case back to the 5th Circuit for proper consideration.

I'm not interested in whether Trump has a case. That wasn't the point of this ruling. If the SCOTUS remands a case, it hasn't ruled on the merits, it is asking a lower court to make a ruling first. The injunction is only in place to grant the plaintiffs a chance to be heard again by the lower court.

Like it always does, SCOTUS will rule on the merits during its mainline ruling sessions in June.

I'm far more educated on the process than you'll ever be.

They didn't rule against using the AEA. Trump can remove those clowns under it. The clowns need more than 24 hours notice.......so I'd guess 25 hours would comply.............

Also under Immigration Law, it's a slam dunk for removal.
