Trump controlls the NG and has to authorize them to enter the capital. Trumps claims they were authorized but Nancy as Speaker refused to call for help.

Nancy claims that she and others called the commancders of the DC Guard and were told they couldnt help because they hadn't gotten clearance from the white house. The General in charge said he called the white house to get authorization from Trump , but the staff couldnt put him through to Trump (apparantly they were ordered to to put the call through)
Several others tried to get Trump to send help as well, but Trump ignored it all, while watching the attack on tv.

Pelosi does not appoint members to the Capitol Police Board.
Pelosi was not a chair or administrator of any committee supervising the Capitol Police at the time of the insurrection. She's not listed on any of those committees' websites today, either.

As speaker, Pelosi can appoint members of the House to committees, some of which have a hand in overseeing the Capitol Police. McConnell has the same power in the Senate.
